These guys are absolutely 💯% awesome.
I made a purchase for a heavy item with shipping on Saturday, i then realized I needed another item but tried to add to the first so choose no shipping.
FF 24hrs i was getting notified ready for pickup. So i called on sunday not expecting and answer. I asked to join orders with same shipping but offered to pay for another lot of shipping.
To my surprise I got an email saying they had given me free shipping and to enjoy my purchase.
So 5 stars the the customer services team and warehouse team working on a sunday to put smiles out in the community.

Do not buy anything from this guys there product is rubbish and they would not support you .
I bought a boat long line set and 7-8 hook are loose on trace "they said its hand made to be accepted " also ordered orange floats and got.yellow instead , so they will send you whatever they want not what you ordered

Wow! Amazing customer service. I had an issue checking our, called the store and they totally went the extra mile to fix the problem, very impressive!

Delayed my shipment because of an issue on their side flagging my legit purchase as fraudulent.

Really quick despatch and was a really good deal on a set of Ridgeline clothes

This company should change its name to Marine Steals.ordered 2 fittings on 26 November 23. On 28th i received 2 emails both the same saying they were on their way. the tracking number link didnt work. So now it is end of February and still no goods or updated delivery information. there is no customer service and no number to call if you have an issue. Buy elsewhere is my advice

Purchased an OZTrail Tasman 4 person tent from Marine Deals recently for a 4 night camp in Northland.
The tent did not come with a manual, rather there was a series of pictures on a label pasted to the carry bag.
This shouldn't be hard we thought.
The wind was quite gusty on the first night and one of the stretchy frame poles slid out of position and punctured a hole in the top of the tent.
With further investigation, we had omitted to secure a couple of velcro tabs to the poles which would probably have stopped this from happening.
We feel the erection instructions were inadequate and did not alert us to this.
Tried to explain to Marine Deals and they weren't interested.
The tent is now worthless after one night!

Deplorable customer service.
Went to buy a Boat hydraulic steering kit and had the unfortunate or misfortune to be served by an old bearded inconsiderate and cranky sales person who was very rude and uncouth in his response to my queries.
I asked him to show me a popular steering kit and the kit he brought had a missing bottle of hydraulic fluid which I queried and he had the audacity to remark that what you see is what you get.
I showed him the contents list which mentioned quantity should be two bottles.
He then replied that they were not a business that scams customers.
So I left and bought the kit from Burnsco which had the two bottles as per the contents list. And enjoyed a great customer experience with their sales team.
Personally I would sack the old sales fella at Marine Deals.
He is the kind of human that breeds negativity and frustration.

Total lack of transparency with this company. Their information on their website was completley wrong, so misleading me in my purchase. Failure to apologise and still listing information incorrectly after pointed out. Have a complete disregard for customers and a complete lack of being able to answer customer questions. Avoid at all costs, and buyer beware.
No customer service and donot understand the meaning.

Excellent customer service from these guys. I ordered a product that arrived damaged, submitted a request for an exchange, and as they didn't have another in stock a refund was issued straight away. No quibbles. I definitely will shop here again with confidence - they have a great selection - highly recommend.

Marine Deals is honestly great. My partner and i have purchased alot of items here and most the time all the products are great. weve only had 2 issues with 2 different products being a bit faulty (possibly from shipping) but..Marine deals is so easy to contact and get help right away. very hassle free with returns and each time weve been satisfied with the outcome. very lovely customer service team as well !!! thank yous

These guys are lying mongrel dogs!!! I put in a honest and critical review on some stainless steel jigstar pliers that I purchased from them less than 12 months previously. These pliers had seriously corroded over the period I owned them which you would not expect from a stainless steel set of pliers. My review was critical and gave the pliers a low score. Marine Deals changed my review to a positive one with high star rating and changed my review so I appeared to be happy with the pliers when they are crap. Crap is what I consider Marine Deals to be and I will not be giving this dishonest company any more of my money.

We placed an order on line where it clearly stated "in stock" on April 28th 2023.
After not hearing anything and no delivery during May I called to enquire about our order only to be told it was coming from their supplier.
It was finally delivered today 1st June 2023.
Very poor communication, won't order online again

After umming and ahhing wether I should buy a few more snorkel sets for my upcoming 6 month stint sailing around Fiji, procrastination panic set in and I decided to finally put an order. 6 days til departure and a long weekend coming up, I called the customer service team to ask if they think my items will arrive in time, the lovely Jason on the other end assured me he will pack my parcel up himself and load it on the courier van as soon as I hang up. I struggled to find the right products for me but Jason the legend guided me through and within 20minutes of dealing with my indecisiveness, I was sorted! He even found me some great deals which was a bonus!
Hung up the phone and 10 minutes later I checked my emails to see that my order was already picked up by the courier. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you soo much Jason!

Ordered pump on Sunday,and it was couriered inter island,to arrive Tuesday lunch time.

Purchased some eternabond tape for our caravan roof that's supposed to have a 15 year warranty, but after some native bees damaged it less than 1 year after installation the store refused to help with any remediation of the damage.

I've been ordering from this company for years, dozens of orders and never had an issue. Always correct and prompt and if you need an update you only need look at your account/order for latest info.

I made a purchase before Christmas payment confirmation was confirmed and the next day the item was picked up from the store
a week later I was charged for that item again
sent them a screenshot of my bank account, and even though they have their own payment confirmation
And the screenshot of my bank, I’m told it’s not good enough, no refund no reimbursement

I have dealt with this online company for a long time, never had any problems with there products, service and delivery, in-fact 1 time i ordered 18 metres of galv anchor chain but they sent me 20 metres of SS chain, i told them and they said all good there loss my gain! The best example of Marine Deals willingness to help customers is when a $400 softbait rod i had purchased and took out for the 1st time broke..,after a non-evasive set of questions around the circumstances of how the rod broke they replaced it right away, im very happy with this company and none of these negative comments will put me off from purchasing from Marine Deals

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Take forever to get back to you and forever to ship your order and when they finally do its short shipped. This place is an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs and buy elsewhere.
