The products sent to me are great! My hair never holds a curl but using these products before curling my hair, the curls have held for 3 days. Would definitely repurchase.

The product arrived quickly,

I purchased an air styler from Mark Hill at a discounted price, but after waiting a month it still hadn’t arrived. When I contacted customer service, they told me the courier had returned the parcel because the packaging was “too big.”
I explained that I did not want a refund and simply wanted the item I had paid for. When the delay reached a month, I asked if the order could be delivered to Portugal as I would be away for a few months. When they said this wasn’t possible, I asked for it to be sent to the original address instead.
In the meantime, the product was sold to another customer without confirming anything with me. I was later told the item was now out of stock, leaving me without the product I ordered.
They eventually offered a refund, but the item had been purchased at a discount and they didn't offer it anymore — even though the original product I paid for had been sold to someone else.
Overall, the situation was frustrating and poorly handled, with very unhelpful communication. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The hairdryer is powerful and does a great job, but the control buttons are badly located and make it far too easy to accidentally turn it off, or change the heat or speed level. I saw a comment about this before purchasing and thought it couldn't be that bad, well it is. Makes you wonder if the product was even tested properly, by a human actually using it, before release. On top of this, I ordered a comb attachment separately, which I need for my hair type, as the listing mentions a diffuser and concentrated nozzle and that's all. To my surprise it also came with a comb attachment. So I just spent an extra £12 unnecessarily. Please fix this in the listing Mark Hill! Ridiculous. Or at least offer a free return.

I had a great experience with Mark Hill customer service after receiving a faulty hairdryer from Boots at Christmas. They were so helpful and made the whole process really easy. Instead of just replacing the item, they sent me a whole new set, which was such a lovely surprise. Amazing customer service. I couldn’t fault them at all.

The brush was too big for my short hair...took me 2 days for reply from customer services then the tracked return was £7... Which is not refundable....Now waiting on my refund.

They haven’t arrived! The delivery firm have said they have tried to deliver but I don’t believe they have as I have been in all the time and I’ve had no notification. Please can someone get in touch with me.

Excellent service. Had a problem with a parcel that EVRI lost, which i purchased from Mark Hill. I contacted them by email and they answered very quickly. They sent me a replacement for the missing parcel . Very impressed with their response and help.

I ordered a product which unfortunately didn’t arrive through no fault of mark hill company, the matter was dealt with promptly and most of all with no difficulties to rectify the issue. Everything was resolved via email (with a person) efficiently. I was offered the option of a refund or to wait until the product was back in stock. Very grateful for the hassle free process therefore I will be a regular customer.

Item missing! You havent had the common courtesy to respond to my email which was sent on Tuesday!! Not happy at all!!
