Good products. i feel like they could have a couple more attachments available. I would really like a regular curling tong but can’t seem to find one!!

I honestly cannot fault the customer service I’ve received from Mark Hill. My air styler developed a fault, and since it’s genuinely one of the best products I’ve ever bought (it does wonders for my hair!), I wanted a replacement.
I originally purchased mine through Boots in the sale, but when I tried to get a replacement under warranty, they would only offer a refund—and at the current full price, I would have had to pay more than I originally did. Feeling a bit stuck, I reached out directly to Mark Hill, and I’m so glad I did. Their team responded quickly, were super helpful, and went above and beyond by allowing me to repurchase the styler at the original sale price.
Every time I’ve contacted them, whether about the styler itself or the different attachments, they’ve always been fast, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate the way they value their customers—it makes such a difference.
As for the product itself, I can’t recommend it enough. The styler is incredibly easy to use for a salon-worthy blowout or effortless curls. I’ve also purchased the add-ons like the thicker barrels and diffuser, which give even more styling options.
Brilliant product, outstanding service—I’m a very happy customer!

Flexi-Air Styler + Pick 'n' Mix Styler
My first Mark Hill product was a curling wand I had gotten when I was 10 and, to this day, still works! I upgraded to the Pick 'n' Mix styler for the hot brush and mermaid weaver attachments. They're brilliant and it's great to have a tool with high compatibility of attachments.
I recently bought the Flexi Air-Styler and have the same fantastic feedback to give. the swappable attachments are golden and finding a single product that can perform very well has been simple with Mark Hill. The best feature has to be that the attachments are symmetrical so you can position the circular head for blow-drying away from you with the controls facing you, making it so easy to use on other people without twisting about or blasting yourself with hot air.
For this reason, my boyfriend LOVES getting his hair dried (even though it's short) and he uses this every day. It's thoroughly fantastic and high quality.
When reaching out to the customer service team to let them know how happy and impressed we were, they were incredibly friendly!
As a final point, the power is unreal! I would have to stand with a blow dryer and diffuser attachment for long periods of time due to long, thick and curly hair. No matter if I'm keeping my curls in or drying it straight, I'm never drying my hair for longer than 5 minutes! Absolute winner here. It leaves me time to actually style my hair after drying it too! Less heat and more power for less time means I can work with my hair and heat more comfortably. I would actively go out of my way to not use heat tools on my hair to try and protect it out of fear but I don't stress with the Flexi Air-Styler as it's still very effective while cold!
I hope this changes your mind and convinces you to buy these! And to try them on your boyfriends too :)

Hairdryer nozzle fault
Had a hairdryer bought for Christmas and the blow dryer nozzle falls off constantly and when it does this it’s red hot! Model number 8856923. This must be a design fault . Useless
