doesnt work, barely does anything to my hair except killing it

My only disappointment was I didn’t get the10percent discount on my order as promised when I gave my email address.

I used to buy previous shampoo products with... But now I bought the new ones, I am sorry to say, those are not really good. I can't use them.
I have never buy again.

I've been and gone totally natural and using stuff on my hair i have debarred myself.So my hair had gone awful so i went for my old hair product shop online and i bought the two bottles...what a difference wow!!

I have had an excellent experience purchasing several times in the last month. Once you have purchased your wand the possibilities are endless as you can then buy any of the barrels from the straightener to the crimper to hair tong. I have several barrels now and each work very well, the wand heats up quickly and I have been so happy with the result of each product. The communication with Mark hill has been very prompt and the quality of the products are excellent. I highly recommend.

Ordered, delivered prompt i was able to receive notification from the courier service for timeframe. Hairdryer looks classy not cheap with great heat settings .

I have used the Mark Hill pick and mix hair styling wand for several years and the on/off switch on my old styler had become temperamental so I treated myself to a new one with 2 new different styling attachments. Delivery was quick, very happy with my experience.

Lovely item with lovely packaging just dont like the fact that the curler doesn't have a part to hold the hair .

I made an order on the 5th February 2025 which went missing and it has taken them 3 weeks to sort out and eventually refund.
It took them a week to get back to me while they were 'investigating' the fact that Evri had lost the parcel, even though I had already told them that.
I had to email them again before they bothered to respond.
I would avoid this company and look elsewhere for your beauty products.

I am trying to buy a pick n mix set on your website with the 3 for 2 deal. However, when I add the handle to my cart (and nothing else) a free heat protectant is added to my basket? It then says add 1 more product to get the 3 for 2 deal - this isn't fair!! I want to buy a handle, and 2 attachments on the 3 for 2 offer. When I go into my basket it shows the "free" heat protectant is the 3rd item in the 3 for 2?

This isn't fair, I am unable to remove the heat protectant from my cart, which is preventing me from accessing the 3 for 2 offer properly.

I am so gutted because I am really wanting to treat myself to a pick n mix barrell with 2 attachments!!! Is there any way you can give me a code which overrides the silly heat protectant being added to my cart - I don't want it.
