The hair diffuser is far too small
The hair diffuser is far too small. It’s like the size of a travel hairdryer diffuser.
It’s no good for medium length hair.
I have other attachments from the pick and mix range but this diffuser attachment is a massive let down.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. After delivery issues, Mark Hill replaced my order the next day via a different courier service. I was so overwhelmed by how quickly and efficiently this was dealt with.
And of course, I’m so impressed with the quality of the product. I ordered a hot brush and definitely recommend for a bouncy blow out look!

Bought the curl and lock heat protection spray yesterday. Wish I hadn’t bothered. I’ve got long natural curly hair. I used with a diffuser. It’s straight, dry. Hardly a curl. What a waste of my time and energy. Just need to wear it up till I wash it again. If I could post a picture I would 😢

Awful experience, do not recommend.
Awful experience, customer service team fail to get back in an adequate time, there was no communication from their team, took the money from my account and cancelled the order, no communication until the order was outstanding over five days, I feel like the response Iv been getting is automated and lacks understanding. I have been continued to be ignored on different platforms and I am really unimpressed by this service, would not recommend.

So upset that the item I ordered for my daughter 8 days before Christmas has not arrived in time and therefore she will not get her present.
Having paid extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it arrived in time makes it all the more disappointing. (This excess postage has now been refunded by the company.)
Although the order has now been dispatched, we will not receive it in time.

I would try a different company
I ordered the detachable hair curler set and a hair dryer as requested gifts for Christmas, which I ordered well in advance in November.
I did not receive the order, so chased them, only to get holding responses.
And now, a week before Christmas, have been told the order is cancelled and I will be refunded. Which is unacceptable behaviour.
