Burnt my hair and poor customer service
Bought the hot hair brush. It was certainly hot, it overheated while using it and singed my hair, I now have a short bit on the top of my head. They have asked me to recreate the fault and video it. The idea of recreating a faulty electrical appliance overheating is not terribly appealing. I sent a picture of my fried hair but that’s not good enough. Can’t send it back unless I pay for postage and it’s a massive box so I guess I’ll just chalk this one up to experience.
Edited to add after response - I sent a picture that clearly showed a one inch section of my hair which had snapped off.

You are more than welcome to return the Hot Air Brush for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse your return postage costs.

Good special offers so I bought 2.
I emailed after ordering regarding a typo I did on my address when ordering and customer service got back to me right away which was helpful. The items arrived within a week - I think free delivery if I remember correctly- maybe have to soendcover a certain amount for it & I spent £52. Bought foam conditioner which I hope is good and hair growth serum for hairline thinning after extensions a few months ago - fingers crossed for that product. And strengthening shampoo all were on special offer which is helpful. I have used the shampoo previously and it smells of orange and, stops hair fall which I sometimes have eg if stressed. Great shampoo which is easier to afford when discounted. Thankyou.
