Had serious genuine interest in 2 watches with P/X. After chasing them twice by email I received a reply asking for the model ref of my watches which I gave them, then complete silence despite chasing them again via email 2 further times. Arrogant attitude with poor communication….Blowers Jewellers a different class and they respond !

Second purchase so far. Exceptional service with 100% accurate descriptions. Personally I wouldn't think to go elsewhere as prices always keen along with first class service and very knowledgeable team. Call it old fashioned but I look for a word to be a bond and this is exactly what you get with Mark Worthington. In fact the chances are on arrival if an internet purchase, its arrival (very fast incidentally) the quality of purchase will exceed expectation opposed to many others leaving room for disappointment. I wanted to buy a watch for my son’s 21st. He set his heart on a particular Oris Artex GT model which we could only find second-hand. Mark Worthingtons were advertising the watch new, however when I enquired, the bracelet was too small. Billy couldn’t have been more helpful, and arranged to have new links sent from Switzerland and fit them. He kept me informed and the watch is great. Thank you Billy!!

Purchased a watch, with initial communication by email, but then made appointment to view watch at the jewellers. The communication and commitment was excellent. Arranged for amended strap from manufacturer, and fitted free of charge. First rate 👍🙂

Hi my name is Harry and I enquired about selling my Rolex watches And I was told to put them on an email with the details I was looking to get a price from Mark Worthington jewellers I rang twice a week and I was told that they would get back to me by close of working day this did not ever happen and I have never been contacted in regards to my Rolexes As to date one of my Rolexe has now been sold
And one remaining I have never experienced this from any dealer or jewellery person in my life it was absolutely disgusting and false promises I am going to take this as I believe I should not be treated like this as a customer

The service offered here is nothing less than impeccable. I was incredibly pleased to purchase a Rolex Datejust from Mark Worthington Jewellers, especially considering the scarcity of watches at the Rolex boutiques and immense wait list times that are currently years long.
I live in Melbourne Australia and was evidently sceptical about purchasing an expensive watch internationally due to all of the things that could go wrong, and not being able to see the watch prior to purchasing. However from the initial enquiry, up until I received the watch, I received outstanding service with quick and informative emails which were always responded to almost immediately. The condition of the watch was outstanding, and I simply couldn’t be happier. The watch was also sent through express shipping and despite being halfway around the world, arrived to me within a week.
I would definitely recommend Mark Worthington to anyone who was considering it!
