I bought a Rado model that was sold out everywhere. It was a lot of money to buy on an online site but from the beginning the communication was very fast, resolving all doubts and being very clear at all times. Very fast and exquisite treatment that gave me a lot of confidence. Fully satisfied. I will count on them for future purchases.

I made an enquiry to purchase a brand new oris aquis carysfort reef watch (which was discounted by £510) and from that moment everything was totally perfect. These guys were great to deal with (I paid a deposit and they held the watch for 5 weeks). Watch arrived exactly as described, fully insured and well packaged. They even included a christmas card. Absolutely professional and courtesy service. I'm already looking at my next purchase from them.

Jekyll and Hyde experience. Perfect service while buying but when I returned my watch i did not get a refund or my part exchange watches back for 2 weeks. (I was not advised this would happen) During that long long 2 weeks all calls were not returned and all emails were not replied to. They got their property back within one day and I had to wait 14 for refund and 16 for my watches. Really really upset.

I am a repeat customer and I am extremely satisfied with my purchases. I dealt with Harley and he has been fantastic to deal with. The watch arrived today exactly as described on the site and is in fact better than I expected.

I have sold several watches to Mark Worthing in the past few years, I can't rate them any higher than five stars, otherwise I would give them ten, they are just a pleasure to deal with and to sell a watch too.
It can be very stressful selling an expensive watch, but with Mark Worthing there is no worries, offers are competitive and payment is prompt.

I had seen a watch I was looking for on their website at a good price, so gave them a call to discuss a possible part exchange on a current watch of mine. I was told to fill in their on-line form which I did, and within 20 minutes I had an e-mail from Harley with a provisional valuation on my watch. On accepting their offer, I was then e-mailed instructions for sending my watch to them and given the confidence that it would be fully covered by their insurance.

I was kept informed when they had received my watch, and the valuation previously quoted to me still stood following their inspection. The next day I received an e-mail informing me that my new watch had been dispatched to me along with the tracking information, and less than 24 hours later it had arrived and was on my wrist, looking even better than I had anticipated and in pristine condition.

From the initial phone call to receiving the watch, it was a pleasure dealing with Mark Worthingtons. The service I received from Harley and Andrew was nothing less than first class, with prompt e-mails or phone calls, where nothing was a problem. I will have no hesitation in recommending Mark Worthington to others, and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Really happy with the level of service i received on a part exchange of two watches as i upgraded to a better brand and model.
I got a fair valuation based on photos i submitted and this didn’t change when the watches were inspected in person.
I was kept in the loop at all times and received my new watch less than 24 hours after all the paperwork was signed off, and only dealt with one person Harry, who was very helpful throughout the process.
