I recently made an enquiry about a pre-owned Chanel watch at mark worthington jewellers. I spoke to Harry, who was helpful and knowledgeable and organised a visit to the store to try it on. I was greeted by Ted who was very pleasant to deal with, he was very helpful and at no time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. I loved the watch from the minute I tried it on ( a present to myself for an upcoming big birthday). Ted altered the watch to fit me and I was completely over the moon with it😊thank you so much Ted.
I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting first class service.

From the first phone call to collecting my new Rolex , has been a wonderful experience , Harley and Ted are true professionals and customer service like this is very hard to find these days .
What a great Buisness , I will be using these guys and recommending them for years to come . And Ted was right in saying that I won’t be able to stop looking at my new sea dweller it’s stunning..
I just need to find somewhere to live as the wife doesn’t seem to share my enthusiasm buying yet another toy 😄

It's not about good or bad experience but very disappointed. I bought a watch last week(March 2024) from them as a present for my wife birthday which would be this month. I showed her the watch next day after i bought it and she didn't like it. So, i contact them next day after and i asked for an return which was refuse because i bought the watch from shop and not online????( looks like i been in Carboots).I try it to explain them that as a present was normal that my wife to don't see it the watch to have an opinion about it .For to resell back they offer me with 1000 pound less than initial price. I don't know if this is an professional attitude to be recommended. My advise check the return policy before buy anything.

Great service with a really fast delivery and really happy with the watch, which was exactly as described.

Purchased a watch in November that arrived in non working condition. I have reached out many times and they rarely respond. I write this review in February and still have no solution to fix the watch. I will update this review once it’s fixed so if you’re reading this, it has still not been resolved. Avoid Seller

Bought a watch from Mark Worthington Jewellers last week and traded in my old watch. A deal was agreed quickly and easily (including exchanging emails on a Sunday) and I visited their shop a few days later to finalise. Very impressed.....professional but friendly and easy to deal with .....all my questions were answered. Happy to do business with them in the future and to recommend them.

Found the watch I was looking for at Mark WORTHINGTON jewellers.enquired by email, received a response with in no time.Harley was brilliant from start to finish, described the watch in great detail said I would receive next day delivery.
