I have delt with mark worthington’s jewellers for a few years now the latest purchase has just been completed. 110% satisfied with the service they provide. This time I had the watch posted out with no problem at all will definitely go back to them in the near future 👍

For my birthday, I decided to get a Rolex watch and chose Mark Worthing Jewellers. I received a great service throughout the buying process. At each stage, I received email confirmation. Got the watch 2 days later and really happy with it!

After being let down by a major high street retailer (Watches Of Switzerland) I found the exact watch I wanted on line at Mark Worthington Jewellers. This was the first time I had purchased a luxury watch so I was extremely apprehensive of purchasing an item of large value, on line, not having seen it personally. I completed all the necessary checks I could to confirm Mark Worthington Jewellers was a genuine and well established company before contacting them to enquire about the watch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ted. Ted went through the process of purchasing the watch, how to pay, how the watch would be delivered and if I had any issues. In speaking with Ted all my concerns were quickly put to rest and once confirming the bank account details of the company I transferred the money. Ted even requested my wrist size so they could adjust the strap prior to me receiving my watch. Throughout all steps of the purchase there was absolutely fantastic and prompt communication. The watch arrived the following day (11:00 AM) excellently packaged. On opening up the parcel I found this superb watch to be exactly as described with all the relevant paperwork present. They don't return phone calls, don't apologise, don't care. They're not bothered so I wouldn't bother with them.
