Order never arrived .. no response to my emails from Marsdens .. took a claim via PayPal to get my money back after a month of waiting. First refund failed & PayPal closed case in my favour. Never again!!!!!!!

I believe this company is a fake. I ordered some Air Jordan’s, £240, on 07/10/22. I haven’t received them (30/10/22.) I emailed, as that was the only contact information given. No phone number or address. I received an email - “ As the variant you ordered is yet to release in the UK, we've had to source it from one of our trusted international suppliers, subsequently prolonging the time it will take us to fulfil your order.
The processing period can take up to a week, but the pair is on its way and will undergo authentication as soon as it lands at our location. Once authenticated, the shoes will be dispatched using an express next day method.
We will update you throughout the whole process, so you can be fully aware of when to expect your shoes.

Sent me the wrong shoes, ignored many emails, eventually sent them out even though I had legally requested to cancel my order, and will now not accept a return or give me a return address. Their reasoning is because I ‘exchanged’ the trainers previously…when I didn’t I just returned the wrong trainers they sent to me!
Marsden sneakers tried to scam me by changing their policy AFTER I had made an order and AFTER I had received the incorrect trainers. Luckily, I screenshotted before they changed it so I have evidence I am liable for a return.
Luckily I ordered through Klarna so haven’t paid a penny but I do not want any one to be scammed for their hard earned money!!
Also want to add their communication is poor, they ignore emails, don’t know how to run a business and don’t know the law or customers rights.
I have reported to Klarna, trading standards and also awaiting a response from citizens advice to see what other official bodies can inform this guy on how to run a business.

We've since checked the order status to see that the item was delivered on 14th February 2022. All items are professionally authenticated and verified prior to dispatch, so any claim of an incorrect item received are immediately void.
We would have been more than happy to exchange/refund your order. It is your obligation to notify us of your return request upto 14 days after the item has been delivered – which you did not do.
