I bought a car couple of weeks ago and there was a slight problem with it and called the garage they came to Southampton to pick up the car the next day and fixed the problem and then delivered it back to me .the garage was very helpful and very professional.i would recommend Marshams as they was very friendly and helpful and I would use them again in the future

The purchase of my Ds3 was a great experience. My sales rep Brandon gave me a great deal on the sale. He kept me updated over the week leading up to me collecting. I travelled from Bristol and was picked up from the station.
Car was in good condition very clean and has been detailed to my satisfaction.
Overall I will recommend marshams for buying a car. I was made to feel welcome by Brandon.

Great all round buying experience
I can’t recall a less stressful car buying experience in decades of motoring. This has been the best by far, made so by the professionalism of Matt the Sales Manager. From beginning to the end of the sales process he was an absolute credit to the profession and to Marsham’s in particular, who, if they don’t already treasure him, could start now. I see many other reviewers seem to be agreeing that nothing was too much trouble for Matt, and that was certainly our experience. He did an amazing job. A special mention too, to the person who took so much care when prepping the car for us to drive away. It was an immaculate end to what had been an altogether positive car buying experience, from an excellent team.

I’ve got my latest car From Marshams, very pleased with it.. on my way home a service light came on so I contacted Marshams straight away. They were on it instantly . they made a 2 1/2 hour journey to pick the car up. took it away Matt who I can only assume is a supervisor at Marshams mechanics garage was absolutely fantastic. ..He couldn’t do enough for me ..picking the car up dropping it off exactly on time. The car came back spotless and absolutely fault free …I cannot thank them enough fantastic fantastic service .. my whole experience with Mashams could not have been better. I bought a C class mercedes from this place back in october and had nothing but issues with it the after sales care is horrendous they had the car back within the first month to sort some problems and didnt sort half of what i needed doing also the warranty the give you isnt worth the paper its printed on

I purchased the above vehicle from you on the 18th October 2023
It came back to you as there was a list of issues I wanted resolved of which you only managed or bothered to sort 2 in the 5 days you had the car one of the issues was a Nox sensor the EML popped back up a few days later ( ive been away working and also dealing with a serious family illness so hasnt been top of my list) that same problem has occured again! so looking at it from my end you either just reset it or put a cheap aftermarket sensor in hence why you probably had trouble coding it like you explained (maybe wrong )
I also mentioned a banging noise on the steering which apparently doesnt exist according to your ‘Technician’ who said it was safe to drive its getting worse and now wearing the tyre out where it drags it
I still feel the back end of the car is unstable on slightly bumpy roads it feels really unsafe on the motorway where it spends most of its time it skips about on the road that was ignored which i believe is something to do with the rear end accident its been in as the rear doors whistle and the whole back end of the car has been painted!
There is now what sounds like a timing chain tensioner rattle or something else rattling
The Parking sensors have a mind of their own
The infotainment system has issues
The passenger airbag warning light keeps popping up randomly
Im still waiting for a new headrest
When I test drove the car I mentioned a brake judder the salesman said hed sort it that hasnt been done
Theres a vibration on the front end at speed
I want this car fixed and put to a roadworthy condition by yourselves or I will take it my local mercedes dealership have them rectify the issues and send you the bill failing that you can have the car back give me something else to the same value or I want a full refund the car is dangerous piece junk that I will end up paying well over £20k for Ive already sought legal advice and this is the first step of the process and as youve already been given the chance to rectify said issues and you havent im perfectly within my rights to give you the keys back

Having needed a car at relatively short notice, on attending the garage I found d one which fitted my needs. The staff there (in particular James Allen) were fantastic and allowed me to look at the vehicles and were happy to discuss anything in relation to them. Due to my pressing needs, the staff went above and beyond in prepping the car ready for me in only 2 days whereby once I had taken it for a final test drive, I was able to make my purchase. The car was prepared to a very high standard and I was given a detailed breakdown of the vehicles history, including repair and services. I cannot fault any aspect of my experience with this garage and would recommend to all.

We've just received great service from Marshams. I contacted them through CarGurus and Matthew got in touch with me very promptly. He was polite, friendly, clear and honest. The team made my new car ready to collect the next day, including servicing and cleaning it. When we arrived to collect it, everyone was polite and friendly.
