As a lady I have never felt that they would rip me off or be treated unfavourable(like in some establishments).All the staff are brilliant and are friendly and trustworthy.

It's great having a warranty on my car and Marshams Maidstone is the garage set to do it. I've had numerous issues earlier in the year with my vehicle however the professionals had every single issue rectified properly, kept me well informed and we're very punctual on their timings. I am forever grateful, even when my warranty ends I'll still come back due to the high levels of professional service and repairs they have provided for me.

Theresa in the service department was amazing. A breakdown after an ad blue issue was traumatic until she saved the day. Efficiency, compassion and a willingness to help was apparent.

Booked a test drive in an E53. Organised for the same day, car ready, they gave me the keys to drive as long as I wanted.
Brandon really helpful. Costed my car for the change and very fair deal.
Didn’t purchase as the E53 didn’t suit, but easy, friendly approach felt worth a mention as unusual these days.

Brought a ford ranger from these guys would recommend them to others as they gave an excellent service throughout ,communication was spot on everything done in a timely manner .highly recommend marshams

This company showed poor business behaviours in my recent dealings with them. These were as follows: (1) They recorded a call without notifying in their initial connection announcement that they were doing so. This is legal but is a poor business approach. Most companies tell you. (2) They did not agree a date of delivery for a vehicle and then claimed they had (3) They were very pushy for payment with an elderly customer ahead of having agreed a delivery date (3) They took a £100 refundable reservation deposit with no paperwork and then refused to return it. (4) They have not replied to email correspondence on 13th June. I would advise potential customers to avoid.

My first experience with this company.
They did what they said they would do and treated me well.
I am happy to recommend them.

Don't buy the extended warranty it's a waste of money I was mis sold it as the kia still had 4 years warranty and I was told that the warranty for kia was not valid however when I got the vehicle the speaker was not working and I could jot get a repair or replacement because I was not covered by the warranty.
Waste of money look else where.

I got my Citroen Berlingo from Marshams Garage in March via Auto Trader. Matt from sales is a really lovely person. He answered all my questions - and I had loads! He worked around all my concerns and requirements, including getting me a tailgate window, which is such a lovely extra!

We took the three-year warranty, and they have sent out one of their team to sort out all the niggles that turn up once you’ve purchased a used car and realize things aren't perfect - like the air con and the cigarette lighter in the boot not working properly. They’ve fixed everything!

All the staff are friendly, helpful, and most of all, reassuring! We live in Hounslow and traveled an hour and a half to view and then buy the car. It was well worth the travel. I’ve purchased the Berlingo to use as a micro camper - it’s the camper of my dreams, and I’m just over the moon.

What a easy way to buy a car from my first phone call leaving my deposit and delivery of my Audi tt Brandon the sales rep gave first class service answering my queries with ease i would definitely recommend this garage to anyone .

Purchased a car last month, just a disconnect for me from the video they promote themselves to how I collected the car, it wasn't prepped to my expectation. My other major disappointment was that I was advised the car has 2 keys, it did not when I collected it, another spare Lexus key is £500. To rub salt into the wound, after one week of having the car, the battery in the key fob failed, it then cost me £20 to have it replaced and whilst awaiting for a call out, I missed an important business meeting which caused myself a lot of issues. I would have assumed with all their "high" checks/servicing that the key fob battery would have been replaced particularly when only providing one key. However, I will say that they are thoroughly nice people, they know there cars and I'd like to think they would have help customers if they have issues with their purchases. However, slightly disappointed Marshams........
