Great experience with Marshams! Matt was amazing with communicating about the car, from the very beginning all the way up until I collected the car. The car was spotless, looked almost brand new. Couldn’t be happier!

What an experience buying my first car , highly recommend was such a quick process and felt so welcome thanks to Rupert such a lovely gentleman thank you so much.

I had a very nice experience with the service. Needed a car urgently and I contacted the team and gave the service idea of the taste of car I am looking for. They offered a first car and we went through all the financial process. Unfortunately the car wasn't ulez compliant.

I was reassured they are going to support me get another car, and within an hour it was done. Every disappointment is a blessing and the alternative car was better than the first one. The service also supported me with the car finance process ,removing all the stress and pressure in me.

Went to look at a car I'd reserved via AutoTrader. The AutoTrader listing shoed no admin fee but Marshams wanted to charge a £269 admin fee. The car didn't have a Sat Nav which was a feature on the Autotrader advert. We spoke on the phone and the salesperson said they'd check this before I travelled and call me back to let me know, which they didn't do. The car had been serviced but this didn't show on the car's dashboard service history, and should have been a major service not a minor given the mileage. The wheel bearings had been replaced but the wheels put on the wrong way round so front and rear tyres did not match. The salesman kept getting the figures wrong, and tried to double-charge us for the 3 year warranty. Very disappointing experience. I walked away without buying and I definitely wouldn't go back.

Got sold motor insurance but documents given were not issued correctly on the day of purchase. We were told that it would be corrected and provided to us via email/post. We then thought further about it and informed them within the timeframe period that we did not want the insurance and wanted to cancel. Despite numerous phone calls being unreturned, several messages left on their voicemail and emails about our concerns raise since purchase, we only received a standard outcome response back from Director saying that monies paid for insurance will not be refunded even though cancellation request was issued within the cool off period. Currently taking further steps to pursue this matter. Be careful buying from them especially motor insurance, it’s a trap. Very bad and awful customer experience post sale. Do not recommend at all

Easy booking process for an MOT. Took it in (late, thanks traffic!) and waited while it was done. Staff friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Great experience all round, for starters, they are able to respond to enquiries quickly. James kept me informed of the process when I had questions. Didn't feel pressured into anything or aggressively sold to. Have used Marshams twice over the years and can't fault them. Pretty painless in comparison to a main dealer.

I met James for buying my Seat Alhambra and it was really very quick and smooth purchasing of the car very well explained and really helpfull in all terms. And i am really happy with car.

I had a Sunroof leaked well it was not Marshams Fault at all it was my bad-luck and which caused a more of a damage however i had kept my car with them and kudos to their entire team of service and repairs who have helped in fixing my car and even they gave me courtesy car for a almost a month so that my work is not stopped.

I am really thank ful to the lady i forgot her name again she is the Service Manager who have helped me like anything and Kayden who explained in a very way about the fault in the car and also thankful to Glen who work at the reception as he attended all my calls and helped me.

I cant be thankful enough to you all as you guys have done a great job in all terms.

Will surely recommend everyone about you ..

I came in on Thursday and was immediately greeted by Rupert. Rupert was professional, warm and friendly straight away. Collected the car the next day and everything was easy from start to finish. Rupert is a credit to the company.

Very pleasant experience. Smooth sale and the car was in good condition and as advertised.

An efficient service and friendly staff. However, to look at the clutch, take it for a ten minute test drive and say nothing wrong was £110!
