I visited Marshams to purchase my car and found the whole experience easy, pleasant and honest. I have been looking for a car for a few months and decided to go and view one that I saw on the website. The car was exactly as described and was ready for me to test drive on arrival. I dealt with Matt and what a lovely man he was. Matt answered all the questions I had and was impressed with his extensive knowledge. We recently purchased a fantastic 2020 Volvo SUV from Marshams and just wanted to say what a great experience we had from start to finish.
The initial call was handled very professionally and provided all the information we needed from the outset. On visiting the showroom, the vehicle was in fantastic condition, well equipped and just as listed, every member of staff we dealt with were extremely accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable. Matt especially helped us through the purchase and was so helpful, friendly & engaging, that my wife wanted to take him home with our new car!
We have had the car for two weeks now and couldn’t be happier, we had a couple of questions after the purchase, but the after-sales was just as good as the buying experience. We even got a better part exchange price than a certain well known website, or other traders we visited.
Given the price we paid compared with other examples on the market at the time, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase, and will definitely consider Marshams for any future purchases.

The car purchase transaction was quick and smooth. Everything was exactly step by step presented by the seller how the next steps will look like. Additional services were proposed that can be easily canceled (the seller was not intrusive).

Just picked up my new car and I have to say a massive thank you to Matt, who made the process so easy! The car was spotless when I collected it and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful.

I have got to say my experience of Marshalls has been very poor. Firstly which should have been a warning is that I had to chance for everything. Then took delivery of the car and have had a knocking from the rear also the DAB radio has not worked from the start. Then when we have been able to try and get them to look at it they do not reply to calls we then managed to get it booked in to get it look at and they then want to charge us for looking at it. I would avoid them.
