Misleading and try and catch you in a trap with a holding deposit, very unprofessional communication and as soon as a problem arise they stop answering once they have taken your money.
They tried to use their small print and avoid paying me back my holding deposit when it was the landlord who pulled out of the deal and you would expect them to return the money no matter the reason. They only agreed on refunding my money when I threatened them to go all the way to court and still they refunded me the holding deposit and kept the £60 saying its for referencing. An awful company trying to make and steal your money from every angel. AVOID and read the small prints before signing anything if you go ahead with them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been renting in London for over 10 years, and in that time I've dealt with a lot of letting agents. Jaime Lipscombe is genuinely one of the best I've worked with! She helped me transferring from a joint tenancy to a new contract, and every stage of the process was handled efficiently. Whenever something unexpected came up, such as needing to arrange a UK guarantor, she explained exactly what was required, answered my questions clearly, and kept everything moving without unnecessary delays. She always responded to emails and returned calls promptly, and I was never left wondering what the next step was because she kept me updated throughout. On the occasions she was out of the office, she made sure a colleague had been briefed so there was no interruption.
Jaime was also excellent at coordinating between me and the Landlord. She dealt with queries quickly, communicated clearly with both sides, and helped resolve issues without them becoming drawn-out or stressful. Having someone who is organised, responsive and follows through on what they say they'll do makes a huge difference, especially when you're dealing with tenancy paperwork and deadlines. It's surprisingly rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely reliable in the lettings industry. Jaime made the whole process much smoother than I expected, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She's a real asset to the tenancy management team, and her work deserves to be recognised!
