Lovely dragonfly earrings, first pair I purchased got damaged in the post I rang customer service and spoke to a lovely lady who sent me a new pair and a prepaid envelope to return the damaged earrings, first class service from this company would definitely recommend them.

I saw a lovely dainty pendant and chain they had for sale and I enquired about buying just the pendant. I got a quick reply giving me a price just for the pendant which I’m thrilled with. Their customer service is excellent.

Really pretty earrings and good price. Great customer service too - where there was no photo of someone wearing one of the pairs of earrings I loved but wanted to see being worn for size etc, within five minutes of contacting them, she’d posted a photo of them being worn! Bought them and LOVE all three pairs I bought. Wore one today for the first time and two people said they loved them and I had great taste!

Would definitely recommend. Customer service is excellent. I had to return a ring two times as was wrong size. My fault, not theirs as I was measuring incorrectly. Third time was correct size. Other two returns were handled quickly even though this was the week before Christmas. I love my ring and have had many compliments.
