Wonderful service . I emailed them as my chain snapped for no reason . It was out of warranty but they have organised a free replacement as I am a returning customer . This is why I will only buy from Martha Jackson.

Lovely dragonfly earrings, first pair I purchased got damaged in the post I rang customer service and spoke to a lovely lady who sent me a new pair and a prepaid envelope to return the damaged earrings, first class service from this company would definitely recommend them.
