Exceptional to deal with & so friendly
Wanted to do a particular review shout out to Kate at the Martin & Co team in Bath for her incredible dedication to getting me all moved in and settled in my brand new home! Kate was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my needs - and when I met her in person she was so lovely and warm. Helpful and determined
Today we finally 'completed' on the sale of a flat in Bath. This would never have happened without the determination and practicality of David and his team who managed to overcome the ridiculous back-and-forth and procrastination of various solicitors involved. (They won't be getting 5-stars).

I have dealt with David Minors from the beginning of selling my house. I hadn’t moved in 41 years so knew very little about the process. David explained everything to me about the local market and was extremely helpful, professional and kind. The whole team were very friendly whenever I spoke to them.

We are contractors for Martin & Co in Bath, and are always impressed with their level of professionalism and that they are generally a pleasure to work with and for. They always respond quickly to any and all emails or questions we have. We mostly deal with Caroline, but all of the staff are the same, they are all as nice and professional as each other!

Martins are super helpful. I've spoken to several agents about taking on my property and Martins & Co definitely stand out as the best by far. Their advice has been invaluable and their knowledge of the local area is second to none. I will definitely be appointing them to look after my let.
