I started renting through Martin & Co last July, and I'm happy to say I've been looked after by Claire very well. All my concerns have been responded to very quickly and the online portal utilised by the branch is excellent in keeping tabs on inspections and rent receipts.

Friendly, reliable and helpful!

Having Martin & co as my letting agent for many years, we have gone though good times and bad. The current staff are great. they are very assertive and on the ball with any issues that arise and keep me informed.

They have provided us with a good service over many years.

As a landlord, you need to feel that your letting agent keeps you up to date on all issues at your property, consults you and takes prompt action.
The Martins team does this very well.

To Rachel latheam from the crewe office, thank god I'm no longer renting 36 gresty road nothing but stress, neighbours are lovely but just don't even go there. I fixed holes in the walls and cleaned the house top to bottom, now charging me £145 for a full clean even though the house was fully clean. The audacity of these con artists is vile.
I did the garden up my self after tripping up on the block paving when I was pregnant, I miscarried that night. So I did it out on my own back to make the garden safer. For it to be thrown back in my face. DONT RENT WITH THEM LET ALONE THIS PROPERTY, THE LANDLORD IS A MONEY FEEN. VILE!!!

I have found Claire and Brian to be super efficient and friendly, as well as very quick to respond to my enquiries. Recently switched to use Martin & Co. Bath to let a rental property I have and I am so pleased I did. The team all seem very committed and dedicated. I have been dealing with Martin and co in Bath for over 4 years and find their staff are very experienced in dealing with rental properties. As a landlord they consistently find tenants for my properties with no void periods and their checks are very thorough to make sure tennants pay their rent and on time. They have also helped with many other issues and queries such as inventories, letting standards and legislation aswell as helping with the planning procees of turning a residential property into a HMO. I would definitely recommend them to any landlords with properties in the Bath area.
