Martin & Co Bath manages the property we are letting since 2019. They have been very helpful the whole time. Maintenance issues have been addressed promptly.

One issue that we are particularly happy with is pets. Martin & Co have been accommodating since the beginning of our tenancy (and thanks to the landlord), and when we were looking for a new place, they have provided a reference letter regarding our dog, which can make a difference in a lettings market that is still pretty much pets-averse.
