Martin and Co estate agents handled the sale of my flat with efficiency and professionalism. They performed many viewings and quickly found prospective purchasers. They managed the sale procedure very well, I would warmly recommend them.

Gaye met me at the door, ready early. She explained the house set up clearly. We went up to the flat and Gaye knew the details and that area of Bath. She was happy to honestly discuss the accommodation including problems.
We chatted to another couple renting in the house who did the garden. Must be a secret nearly unique in central Bath. I explained that it involved more work than I could manage at present. Gaye was an ideal person for my first introduction to viewing flats in Bath. Thank you.
