Martin & Co in Bognor Regis are always helpful and professional. They go the extra mile in keeping me informed regarding my rental property. They have also been good with regard to assisting with tenants who parted and inevitable the tenant left was unable to pay the rent. Martin & Co were helpful with their advice with evicting the tenant.
At the same time they assisted in finding new tenants quickly so that the property was not empty for long.
I recommend Martin & Co for being fair, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them.

Martin & Co definitely think about their customers. My old property was with them and ended up being sold and they found me a new property really quickly. All the checks were quick and I was able to move in within a couple of weeks. Maintenance issues are sorted as soon as possible and emails are answered promptly.

Moved into a property let by Martin&Co in the 27th July. The team are very friendly and down to earth and helpful, responding quickly and professionally to any query I have had to date. They are honest and straight talking and the only reason I have given 4* not 5* is because their communication with each other as colleagues needs some work. Couple of things where I’ve spoken to one person and they’ve said they will pass something along to the person I’ve been dealing with, then when I speak to the person i’m dealing with to update them they haven’t been passed the original message. Otherwise no complaints and also very happy in my new home, so thank you James!
