I have used martin & co twice now both times the agent Kerry was a star. Very proactive, gives updates without the need for chasing up, and both times sold at a good price and good time

Kerry at Martin and Co in Bognor dealt with the sale of my house. Throughout the process she was approachable, the marketing process was efficient in getting the house listed on the market and after an offer had been accepted Kerry continued to stay in touch with myself and the buyer and gave sensible advice when questions arose.

I’ve just started renting a flat through this estate agent and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The whole process was really smooth from start to finish, the paperwork was straightforward, and everything was clearly explained.

Marlena, who I corresponded with throughout, was especially professional and polite, making everything feel easy and well-organised.

The team overall were friendly and professional, which made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel really straightforward.
