This was my first time renting a property and I cannot thank the people at Martin&Co for everything they did while I was in the property. They helped in every way possible and i was never left with unanswered questions. If i had any problems at all they always got them sorted immediately. Thank you for helping me.

A service/agent is only as good as the people that work in the service; at the moment my agent is Stuart Bowley and he is doing an excellent job, he occasionally requires the odd prompt by email but he always responds and my units are presently fully let prove of the pudding.

We have been with Martin & Co for about a year now and they have looked after our properties and tenants very well. Of course being a landlord isn’t always a bed of roses and problems often occur but the team especially Jessica has always been there to sort it out for us and update us with very detailed reports. Martin Co Worksop branch have managed my properties since 1999.
The present management team headed up by Stuart are one of the best that I have worked with. In particular Jessica who replaced the extremely competent Lauren has proved herself more than capable by seamlessly taking over and providing a continued excellent service and communications.
