My experience with this letting agent was disappointing, particularly at the end of the tenancy.

After moving out, a number of deductions were proposed from my deposit. When i challenged these deductions and requested supporting evidence, such as invoices, quotations and details of how costs are calculated, my questions were either not answered or were dismissed without providing information or evidence.

Throughout my tenancy i reported maintenance issue promptly but only some of these were answered, i carried out the repairs at my own expense and took good care of the property.

based upon my experience, i would advise prospective tenants to chose another letting agent all together or at least photograph, document, keep all correspondence and receipts as these are invaluable when the inevitable deposit dispute arises.

A truly personalised and professional service provided by experienced, friendly staff. Caro and her team were with us every step of the process providing helpful advice and guidance linking all involved parties.

I recently bought a property through Marin &Co in Yeovil and Caro Paine was excellent. She was very professional and was on the case every day pushing for a speedy conclusion. I would thoroughly recommend them, and Caro in particular.

Absalotly terrible I'm realy warning anyone thinking of going with this estate agent thay canceld my veiwng and then tried to cover it up by saying thay sent an email to me when i have proof thay did not then to cover them selves thay sent the email straight after my complaint call I was looking fowerd to viewing a property and then without a fair viewing thay just canceld 1 hour before the viewing was to take place stay well clear please this company is awfull and very rude aswell especially one lady I'd recommend laceys or Ashfields as alternatives

The residential sales team, under the management of Caro since July 2023, were most professional in the selling of my mum’s bungalow.
They were tenacious in their commitment, on our behalf, to progress the sale through exchange toward completion.
No request from us as the sellers was too much trouble in their liaison with the buyers and their solicitors - in particular when there were the inevitable delays and what seemed like periods of “no-action”.
We would therefore highly commend the services of Caro and her team.
