I've been trying to get in contact to get my deposit back and no one is getting back to me. Very responsive when asking for payment in the first place though

I had shower broken,and i let M&Co to know it yesterday.Today in the morning i've received a visit from proffessional Pete Hoggings who repaired my shower and by the way taps in the kitchen. He told me get it done is his motto what he confirmed by quick and good work. I am very thankful for getting it done professional way. Thank You/12/10/2022 Yeovil

Martin & Co. have managed the rental of my property since 2013 and have given excellent service. Andy in particular has been very helpful. I recently asked them to market the property and again the service was excellent with 3 good offers within a week of going to market. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Amazing service from Emma and the team. Initially they looked after my rental property and tenants. Always responsive and helpful, making sure the tenants were supported and I was able to rent the property hassle free. More recently they sold the property for me. Again a very professional and hassle free experience. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

You can add the Yeovil branch of Martin & Co to the numerous other bad reviews I have read about this company on Trustpilot. Our experience of the staff at this particular branch is that they are inept, unprofessional and downright rude. Basically a collection of greedy, chavvy girls masquerading as estate agents who have no idea how to treat customers. As seems to be the case with other branches, they are reasonably pleasant until they have your money - thereafter, utterly charmless and non-responsive to the tenants who pay their wages. And if you expect them to fight your corner against the landlord (who was an equally repulsive individual) on the issue of the return of your deposit, forget it. Avoid this repugnant outfit like the plague. They don't deserve to be in business.
