I have used Martins waste solutions before so decided to use them again yesterday. They are a great team from the booking staff to the clearing staff always efficient turn up when they say they will and do a swift and tidy job I highly recommend them.

I've used this company twice in the last couple of months and on both occasions the customer service has been excellent, as has the actual removal. From the easy telephone booking service, with the ever-cheerful and helpful Claire, to the ongoing communication with a charming gentleman who patiently answered my calls on the day of collection, my dealings with Martin's Waste Solutions were first rate. Nothin was too much trouble. I highly recommend using them.

The whole process was efficient and well managed. Team arrived on time and rang 30 mins in advance. Friendly, quick, and cleaned up after themselves.
Martin called later in day to check everything was ok before taking payment.

Quick and easy process of booking. We used this service to clear our loft and waste from ongoing builder work. Everyone is very polite, friendly and accommodating. They were so helpful, flexible and worked quickly. Tidied up after themselves. Really appreciated the follow up call very supportive and professional. WORLD CLASS SERVICE from start to finish. We couldn't recommend Martin's Waste more highly. We had a horrific mess of a garden, with bushes, waste and trees all embedded and needing clearing. Communication with the team was brilliant, they were great value (certainly better than others who had quoted). Jamie and the guys did a fantastic job - quickly clearing everything away, transforming our garden. They were friendly, and made sure the whole area was tidied up at the end, even ploughing up the remaining beds so we can use them. Best waste clearance company in Bristol and beyond, bar none.

A telephone enquiry was dealt with very efficiently and an arrangement was made for waste collection - which again was dealt with efficiently and because of this I will use the service again .

Excellent service - called yesterday and by this morning they had arrived and completed the job. Quote was given over the phone - no need in my case to upload photos. Payment taken over the phone when job completed. A shining example of efficient and excellent customer service.

WHAT a great experience I had with this company. From the first telephone communication right through to the actual job and then the administration afterwards - this company were TERRIFIC! Everyone I dealt with was informed, helpful, caring and went above and beyond to make sure that all me needs were met satisfactorily. Everyone I dealt with had a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. They were willing and flexible and cared about their work and their customers. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. A pleasure to deal with.
