Booked a new boiler through the Worcester-Bosch online service- this provided an upper limit for the cost of the installation and also recommended Martyn Young Heating and Plumbing as a local accredited installer.
I am exceptionally pleased with the decision. Communication both before and after installation has been excellent. The installer (Joe) arrived on the day and at the time agreed. He was professional, polite and tidy. The boiler has worked well since its installation (though this is only been 1 week).

I would not use anyone else. All employees I have met have been excellent. They take their shoes off, wear masks, and work tidily. Polite, punctual and efficient. Personnel in the office equally good and will give you an approximate time for your appointment. I have my gas boiler and 2 gas fires serviced every year.

Good timekeeping, good knowledge and experience, good communication. Generally very good company to deal with. :)

This company has supplied boilers for both my properties and they do the annual services. Excellent comms and always do what they say and when they say. Great prices and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Martyn came and quoted us for a new boiler and radiators as our system was very old. Having received several quotes from other suppliers prior to Martyn it was refreshing to see someone confident of the work they would do to complete the job (which was a little more complex than a simple boiler replacement). The price was also competitive. The work was completed in 2 days without too much disruption. Chris the plumber was great and you could clearly see he has pride in his work. Would definitely use them again.

Brilliant service in getting my Landlord Gas safety certificate. Martyn and his team contacted
the tenants directly to arrange a convenient time. No need to worry about next year’s gas checks, as already on there records and will make all the arrangements. Thank you for your continued support.

Top rate service from Martyn & his team, cannot recommend them highly enough.
My boiler failed at the start of a long Bank Holiday weekend (with freezing temperatures forecast). Martyn came out the same day, assessed and gave a clear choice of options with quotes that same evening. I ended up choosing to replace the boiler, Martyn sourced the new unit and it was fitted the following week.
His team were prompt, polite and cleaned up after having to make a few alterations in the pipe work.
Would definitely use again.
