I ordered a bike that was on sale. The next day Matrabike called me simply saying the offer I saw the day before was an mistake and he had to cancel the order. The way they handled this is a little rude in my opinion, because they just simply told me the cancellation of the order without apologizing for the mistake they made .
Update: Matrabike replied to my previous post as you can see below. First I want to be clear that I don't want to take any advantage on Mattabike. I just simply want to point out that after you disappointed your customers due to whatever reason the first step to win customers' trust back is to apologize for any inconvenience or confusion your customer may have and ensure him/her you will improve your service. Instead of being arrogant simply say we can't sell the bike at that price! Check the reply. did you find a word of apology?

The bike got to me within 24 hours after i ordered it. I just had to atach the front wheel and the fork,it was very easy.
The bike looks great and functions perfectly.I would recomend this to everyone.

Bought 3 bikes here before, always was fine, but not this time.
Ordered an aluminium frame bike this Friday, got properly delivered on Saturday. Cool. The frame turned out to be made of steel though: 1) I could stick a magnet to it; 2) the net weight on the package was greater than the weight specified on the website; 3) the same bike found on Amazon had steel frame in the description as well (note that the actually delivered bike has a bit different brand name, so it's impossible to google it beforehand).
So I've sent an email with a return form and my complain and asking to update the description on the website. Later the same day ordered another aluminium frame bike from them.
Got a call from the transport service on Monday that the new bike will be delivered on Tuesday between 10 and 13. So far so good.
Got no answer to my email, so called them after lunch explaining the same info over the phone. Asked again to correct the description of the first bike on the website.
Nothing was delivered on Tuesday despite us waiting home. Turned out I've missed a single call from the transport company in the morning. Called back — apparently the bike was not received by them from matrabike. I wonder why it was that hard to call me again, text or email?
Called Matrabike on Wednesday morning — turned out I have to wait one-two days more because it was not in stock. Surprise.Very annoying! Was it hard to call/text/email me? Asked to update the description of the first bike again.
Well, let's see if it ends in one-two days.
Sloppy service this time and broken promises. Won't buy here again.

I ordered a bike and it was delivered in less than 48 hours. I had a problem assembling it. So, I sent them an email and I got a response in less than 12 hours. Perfect service.

Definitely would recommend Matrabike. Got a bike and insurance for it set up right away. Everything was delivered to the doorstep the next day with instructions for additional services by mail.

I not received all from order, also received bicycle with defect... But i hope, everything will be repaired, and will be ok. Because me told, i must go to shop, and there will give for me lock what i not received, and will check for defects... I think, will be everythink good, for that moment the bicycle go nice, but when will be everythink repaired, will be more better ^_^ Is it normal, if sometimes happened something wrong, and that can be repaired, and all super. If not, i will change my opinion:) (*_*)

Super good service, Mr Santosh was really patient on the phone. The bike came well packed (almost 0 chance of damage on the travel) and delivery was done at a suitable hours, for this ... I give it five stars and I will be a returning customer.

Delivery was on time. Matrabike called me that my original order wasn't available and offered solutions. I find that is good rather than exchanging emails.
Negative:
The bike came in a box still unassembled. It's been 4 days and I haven't used it as I don't have the right wrench for tightening the handle bars. I've only been staying here for 3 months as a student, it's not quite easy to borrow tools.

The delivery and shipment are awful. In the website it is mentioned that the bike is delivered in 2-3 days, but it is more than a week and my order has not been shipped yet.
Also, when I asked them about the status of my order, I didn't received any precise answer.
In general, I am not satisfied with the services.

I received the bike very quickly but to my great suprise the bike was in part and i had to built it myself. There was no manual or instruction in the box which made it impossible. Also the bike was not new and very poor quality, the hand breaks were loose, the screws not even matching the size of the wholes, in short, it was impossible to build it.I called right after (same day i received, on saturday) and they told me they can pick up the bike and refund me but i'll have to pay 35€. I protested as i wasn't chaging my mind but the bike was faulty. was asked to send an email with pictures, which i did on sunday. On Thursday i call them (sent 3 emails in the meantime, but no reply from their customer service), the girl was putting me on hold, barelly listen to me and finally hung up on me pretending someone is going to call me within 30min. They called me 2 hours later to explain i'll receive a call before the end of the day from the transporter to make an appoitment for the pick up. It's friday end of the day and i've been trying to get the bike back there but i'm still waiting ... And i never had any "sorry" from their customer service, even the manager was almost agressive with me on the phone ...
I don't recommend this company at all they really try to rob their customer by charging them 35€ whereas the European law allows consumer to return within 14 days their purchase without penalty. They claim that the delivery at home is free but then they charge you 35€ ! Anyway I haven't heard from them anymore and i still have the bike and no refund was made (one week later of chasing them). And i'm pretty sure by the time they finally take care of my request the 14 days will be over and i'll have to keep the bike, which is totally scandalous and unbelivable how unreliable this company is.

To no fault of the employees my bike order was completely messed up. The employees made every attempt within their power to rectify the order and satisfy the customer. I appreciate their patience and because of their persistence in customer service, I will be purchasing two more bikes to reward that service with loyalty.

A great experience. Easy to order my bike, and to my great pleasure the bike was delievered when promised. Bike was nicely packages and within 10 minutes of opening was fully functional. The Bike itself is great quality and very good value for the price.
Will use Matrabike for all future bike purchases.
