Had a vertical radiator fitted, with the old one removed. The engineers arrived on time as planned and were professional, friendly and efficient. We required a service because we had allowed our oil supply to run out. The engineer arrived on time, undertook the work carefully, was conscious of COVID-19 requirements, and dealt extremely well with the complex piping and pump arrangements associated with our heat-store-based system that includes pipework from heat sources no longer present.

New Boiler: rerceived prompt cost following survey (not a quote but the actual cost!). Cost was considerably cheaper than a quote I had from British Gas - even after they offered £500.00 off.

There I was, 300 miles from Stockton with a broken boiler in my father in laws empty house there. So I called these guys. Who were absolutely brilliant. Turned up when they said they would, diagnosed quickly and fixed when they got the parts.
