Great mattress, awful delivery
The mattress is exceptionally good, couldn't have been better. The online purchase process was really good. I purchased the removal of the old mattress and delivery and unpacking of the new mattress with removal of the packaging as well. The delivery was not good. I was given a delivery window which was missed, I was told that I would get a phone call 30 minutes to an hour before delivery which didn't happen. The drivers arrived about 20 minutes after the delivery window, they dumped the new mattress still boxed in the room requested took the old one away and drove off, time taken about 5 minutes. I have a hernia which is why I ordered the unpacking as well. I had to unpack and then dispose of the packaging myself which really pulled on my hernia. Effectively MatressNextDay were great, AIT home delivery was absolutely awful.

Excellent service
Excellent service, paid the extra for old mattress to be taken and new one put upstairs as it’s a super-king and I’m 6 months pregnant. The mattress is double the thickness and immensely more comfortable than my previous bensons for bed one, it has some wool in it and didn’t cost £600-£1000!!! Perfect. Also helping me sleep so much better which is so important to me at the moment! Thank you.

I am disgusted at their poor service…
I am disgusted at their poor service and don't recommend any one use them. I'm elderly and severely disabled. I paid £39 for my old mattress to be disposed of and an extra £19 for it to be unboxed and laid on my bed. The courier refused to unbox it or remove the plastic covering, leaving me shaking and feeling faint. I rang my son who rushed over to help me out. I'm currently awaiting a Refund but have lost all faith in this company!

Disgusting service!
I have never experienced service this shockingly poor from any company. My emails were ignored, my requests for phone calls were ignored, and even my repeated requests for a manager were ignored. There is absolutely nothing customer focused about this organisation. Gemma from Customer Support promised a resolution and delivered nothing. Lisa, the so‑called Supervisor, failed to call me back despite multiple requests to discuss the ongoing issues.
If you’re willing to pay for a mattress that ends up causing back pain, with medical evidence to prove it, then this is the company for you.
I purchased the original mattress in March 2025 and had to return it by July 2026 after wasting £600.
Avoid this company at all costs. Choose a business that actually cares about its customers and their aftercare.

All went well, with one exception. I paid £19 for Delivery upgrade and in that you get all the packaging taken away. But they was not going to take it, i told them i had paid extra for that service. So they rang the office and eventually agreed they would take it.
