Perfect matress for my arthritic back issue

Good customer service, arrived on time and in top condition, delivery staff were very polite. Sleepeezee matress is very good. 1400 hote luxury matress.

Bad quality, really bad. I paid £160 for a semi double mattress but if I knew about the quality of the mattress I wouldn’t pay £40.

The removal of the old mattress was fine but the boxed new mattress was left in the bedroom. I had read reviews where the mattress was unpacked and the rubbish removed. This didn’t happen and they left us (at 82 & 76) to lift the very heavy mattress onto the bed and unpack it. In fact we couldn’t lift it one of us had to pull the other push until we got it on the bed. Just lifting it on the bed would have made so much difference. Unfortunately I went downstairs to find the PIN number and by the time I had it they had come downstairs with the old mattress. If I had stayed upstairs I would have asked them to lift it on the bed. Very disappointed.

Very efficient service both customer service and delivery. Headboard as described and good quality. The only possible improvement is a better marking for where the bolts are positioned, some of the dots were a cm away from the hole and I had to use a probe to find them

Delivery partners were incompetent. I had a missed first delivery although I was in the house all day. Customer services were no help at all. The second delivery two days later only arrived because I noticed on the tracking app they were trying to deliver to the wrong postcode, and managed to contact the driver. The delivery van was filthy, but fortunately the mattress was well wrapped.

Very happy with our new mattress, infact more than happy delivery was professional and quick, also disposed of our old mattress (19 pound). it's just nice when everything goes right including the price.you dont need to worry about using Mattress NextDay 100% reliable.

I’m happy with the mattress , really pleased, but I’m pretty sure the advert said to pay £19. And packaging would be removed and taken away, and when we opened the mattress which is extremely heavy , it says you don’t recommend using it for 24 hours . We had to ignore that as we had nowhere to sleep, and it’s recommended rotating it every 6 months so all these things added, should be said on the website. But not impressed with us having to unwrap it would be very hard for a not so strong person. We struggled.

I love my new Hypnos mattress and delivery and removal of my old one went well. Have deducted one star only because there seemed to be some debate over taking away the mattress plastic packaging. It was taken after I stressed that it was said on the website that packaging would be taken. Overall I am very happy and would recommend, thank you.
