This transaction was very efficient and well organised. I ordered the mattress at about 2pm and it was in the bedroom at 11-30am the following morning. Delivery guy's were outstanding and could not have been more helpful. I wish all service companies were like that.

Good quality for the price range
The mattresses we purchased were as described. Good quality for the price paid. Firm mattress and slept well. They were packaged well and delivery was able to be tracked so we knew exactly when the were arriving.

The mattress is 100% But!!
The mattress is 100%
Two men delivered my mattress on time but they just dumped it on my bed, and left. It was back to front and upside down, weighed a ton! I had to cut all the very thick plastic off with scissors and a knife. It was upside down, I was on my own, not young, and had to twist it round the right way, then realised it was upside down, so then I then had to turn the whole double mattress over, pulling my back, which has left me in a lot of pain.
They didn’t have to take it upstairs either, it was ground floor, straight through the hall into the bedroom. No consideration whatsoever, I had to get rid of all that wrapping too. Took me ages to rectify, really disgusting. Just in, threw it on the bed and left!!

I was unsure about the memory foam…
I was unsure about the memory foam mattress, but after reading reviews etc, i went ahead and ordered the mattress. I am pleased with the purchase. As I was unsure if it would be a load of cheap rubbish. Its been a week now and I am still pleased withe item. Delivery went without problem.

Fast delivery and mattress put in bedroom, however, my husband and I are both in our 80’s and hubby has Alzheimer’s, so it would have been most helpful to have the two delivery drivers unpack and remove the rubbish, which I thought we’d paid for. We did manage it, but it was a struggle, hence 4 stars

Wasn't sure about this mattress as its so reasonably priced compared to others of comparable quality. Once I received it and tried it, it's everything I expected and wanted. Nice and firm and so comfortable I'm so pleased I bought it.
