Appalling
Appalling. Avoid at all costs. They delivered the wrong mattress on the Saturday. I had gone out and left a friend to be present for delivery. We noticed later it had someone else’s name and address on it and in fact it was the wrong size! Contacted on the Monday and they said they couldn’t find the mattress I had bought and it would be another 7 days before I could have another one, and then suggested I make do with an inferior product or pay for an upgrade.
