I have to be honest
I have to be honest, I'm very impressed with the price, quality and service. The mattress comes rolled up making it easier to move. After 24 hours of opening it was ready to be used. I have slept great! I recommend.

The mattress itself is excellent
The mattress itself is excellent, very comfortable.
However, the carriers used need a word about customer service. The delivery men were surly and prepared to dump the mattress just inside the front door. I remonstrated with them that I had paid extra for delivery to the room and packing and they denied any knowledge of this and kept refusing. Eventually, they took the mattress upstairs, virtually threw it on the bed base and left all the packaging on, as they said unpacking it would be difficult. I agreed to unpack it myself if they carried the old mattress downstairs to my hallway, which they eventually agreed to.

The item was perfect
The item was perfect, and it was indeed dispatched on the day it was supposed to, but it definitely did not arrive the next day… but I’m giving them 5 stars because it was a hundred percent Royal Mail’s fault and not MattressNextDay’s.
