Really happy with my mattress! I ordered the SleepSoul Bliss 800 Pocket Memory Pillow Top Mattress. Ordering was simple and delivery information accurate. Great price as mattress was in the sale. Message received the night before with a 2 hour delivery slot and the delivery guys were good, contacted me prior to arriving and were on time. Only 3rd night on the mattress but so far I’m happy, very comfortable. I would definitely but from mattress next day again.

I’m really happy with this mattress. It’s comfortable, supportive and has just the right level of firmness for me. The quality feels really good, im about to sleepon it for the first time tonight. It also looks well made and feels like good value for money. I'll be making another order soon.

DHL delivered the bed
The Mattress was delivered very fast and the old Mattress was taken away.
I believe the Bed was supposed to be delivered the next day by DHL.
Well, DHL collected the Bed from the warehouse at 20.59pm on 06.08.26. On Friday 07.08.26 they send me email with tracking for Friday delivery.
At 8.53 on Friday they told me the delivery was delayed and the items would be delivered the next working day (ie; Monday 10.08.26).
After I contacted the MattressNextDay the delivery status changed to Friday 07.08.26 again (I told my wife that they would not deliver on Friday and this is just to keep us happy and stop us from complaining.).
Later on Friday the delivery status changed again to next working day delivery.
After a lot of emails and stress on Friday evening the bed was delivered on Saturday (08.08.26) morning.
We put the bed together and all was well till right at end that Ottoman lift would not move, it looked like it was jammed. As the bed looked ok and it was too late in the evening we left it as it was - just a normal bed with no storage.
After a lot of stress we decided to call it a day and put the whole thing as a bad Experience or a bad dream.
Next time we want to buy Bed we just buy it from the local store even if it takes three to four days for delivery.
The Mattress is very comfortable to sleep on.
The Bed itself is vey nice but with no storage.
DHL delivery was 3 out of 10.
We all just like to forget about this bad experience and move on.
Sorry about the long comment but I think you should know how bad DHL performed.

Delivery was unacceptable
Delivery was unacceptable
I received an email to tell me the delivery window and I would receive a text message 30 mins or 60 mins before delivery
I received a call informing me the delivery was 5 mins away. When I explained I was 25 mins away the delivery person said well we’ve been busy and we are already 30 mins outside our delivery window and they would leave it on the door step
When I arrived home 20 mins later the mattress was in the door step and too heavy for me to lift until my son can to help
