I was sent a used mattress somebody had…
I was sent a used mattress somebody had sent back after a trial. The plastic was sellotaped shut after cutting it open to use tem mattress. It said “FIRM” on the ad but the “spring king 1500” is soft to medium. I need a firm mattress for my back pain and this is going to make it worse. Waste of £359.99.. The outside was so dirty the delivery guy had to wash his hands after the delivery in my bathroom.
I was told I needed to arrange return delivery at my own cost which was quoted at £116. I would then have to wait to see if they would exchange or refund.

Mattress is fine the delivery man was ignorant, not helpful at all my mum is disabled and paid 39 pounds for old mattress to be taken away which he didn't want to do also 19 pounds for new one to be taken to bedroom which he did under protest? And he wudnt unwrap it and take the packaging away

It wasn't delivered the next due to being ordered too late fir next day but it was delivered the next day. Loving the product !

Nightmare mattress day
Don't know where to start really,rang them up to make an order and waited 23mins before somebody answered, completed the order which was easy enough I paid extra for removal of old matress£39,unpacking of and putting the new mattress in place £19, and £25 for booking a time slot. The next day when delivery was to take place I looked at the order and saw that the unpacking wasn't mentioned but was paid for,another phone call 16mins told them about the missing item on the order and was reassured that the men would knows I felt reassured and waited.
A chap turned up with the new mattress and I left him to it , it went very quiet so I went to see what wat going on,nobody was there a crystal table lamp was laying on its side with a bent lampshade so I thought I should investigate, went outside and the men had left.
Rang the company 31mins was told she couldn't contact the driver but had made a new order.
About 10mins later the driver rang me and tried to say that it was my fault because I didn't say anything I won't tell you what I said to him but we did agree that it should have been on the order then said he would be about half an hour, approximately 15mins later he rang me to say he would be more than an hour stating loads of excuses.
I'm going to end it there before he turns up as I have said enough to let you know what sort of staff this company has both in the office and delivery staff,the mattresses might be good value but actually getting one on your bed is a nightmare just don't go there.

Brilliant choice of mattresses…
Brilliant choice of mattresses at really great prices. I was kept up to date with every step of the process via emails & texts and there was a full tracking option on delivery day so I could see exactly where the van was in real time. I chose the option of removal & recycling of my old mattress and delivery to my room of choice. Worth every penny of the small charge applied. Guys were on time, really friendly and very careful. Excellent service all round from start to finish!
