I attempted to purchase a watch using their PayPal option, but was told that there has been a long term “technical issue” preventing PayPal AND ApplePay purchases and will not be available in the near future. They could not provide any details as to when this would be available.
I believe these safe payment options are not actually available at all. This is very suspicious behaviour and possibly a scam.

When I purchased my watch, I had some issue with its size as used to wearing big face watches , so I hesitantly sent it back coz the watch was immaculate but unfortunately a bit small for my arm. Anyway, when I got in touch with the customer support called Angela, she was very helpful and reassured me that it’s absolutely fine and she organised a refund after receiving the item back. It is not common to receive a very welcoming and friendly support from a customer service, most of them were as grumpy as an old lady🤭Angela , you are an angel and keep up the good work x

Lovely watch, attractive, nicely made, fantastic value for money. One small criticism, the steel bracelet is a bit tight if you, (like me), have big wrists but it's still an absolute bargain and a great watch.

The quality of the watch suprised me for the price point.
Come with two straps which was appreciated and it was easy to swap them out.
Delivery was very quick. No issues at all.
I will buy again from them

Just bought the Apex gold and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is, the whole presentation with the tools in the expensive looking box is great. I needed an extra link and emailed customer support who got straight back to me and will be sending me a extra link. I intend to buy another when the other model I want comes back into stock....5 stars and I hope you continue to grow as a brand, I've had enough of watch companies wanting to charge me price of an exotic car for a watch, this looks great without that lunatic over hyped price tag.

Watch is outstanding. I have 2 x Maughan watches now. I have other high end expensive watches (I walked into this with limited expectations) and cannot believe the build quality, packaging, branding and accuracy of these watches... I thought these were dropshipped but not at all. It's impossible. They are even branded in the 'Rotor'.. I do not get the price v product. It doesn't make sense. Highly recommend and highly recommend you watch the videos from the founders on YouTube tube.

Wow . As I serious watch collector, I was surprised how good this companies watches are. The attention to detail is incredible. The materials,finishing and styling are impressive. With two straps you have a watch that is smart for an evening out or a watch that would attract attention in the boardroom. The presentation box is also of a high quality, with the tools also provided to make the changing of the straps quick and easy. I was impressed with the first watch I acquired, I immediately bought a different style. They more than hold their own in my collection. Will be keeping a close eye on this brand as it grows.

I bought a watch over the Christmas period wanting the black face and orange strap which the site said had in stock only to be told it wasn’t and was sent a replacement which didn’t work had to send it back. But to be honest worth the wait. Customer service was brilliant and the watch I’m wearing has had lots of comments on its looks.

Beautiful looking watch.. materials are fine, much better then some higher price watches.. I am actually loving it.. you get two bands, as good as two watches at one price.. not that difficult to change.. weekday and weekend watch in one.. stunning watch..

I was looking for a stylish watch that would work just as well for everyday smart-casual wear as it would with a suit, and the Maughan Jones Luminex Black/Orange fit the brief perfectly. I’m glad I waited for it to come back into stock.

Ordering was straightforward, delivery was quick, and the quality exceeded expectations. The watch itself feels solid and well made, with the orange strap adding a modern edge, while the stainless-steel bracelet offers a more classic option. Both were presented nicely in a quality watch box.

With larger wrists over 8.5”, aftersales support can often be a frustration, but in this case it was excellent. Extra links for the stainless-steel bracelet were supplied promptly, and there was also helpful assistance in sourcing an additional orange strap from their wide range.

Overall, a great product backed by genuinely good service. Five stars.

My second watch now, great customer service and quality timepieces! Won’t find such quality for such a good price anywhere else.

Waste of money. I’m not buying it.

This is a lot of watch for the price.. bought half price. Looks great on the wrist and had a few compliments already.
The only issue is the next day delivery is not true .took 5 days to arrive and not the greatest of communication.

Lovely timepiece for over more than half price excellent quality, will be checking out more of there stuff for sure. The only criticism was it took nearly a week to get to me but I was notified about the situation they had with there couriers but for the price I got it for I can't complain to much.
