Ordering was simple, straight forward and easy. Nice discount on purchase, with the offer of simple returns.
Product arrived in great time, with fantastic product and packaging, ideal for a self treat.

I have owned Tutor, Tag and Brietling watches. The Maughan Jones watches are brilliant, feel and look great! I’m really glad I bought 4 different versions! I purchased on 29th Dec and arrived around 9am today - personally I thought this was a good timescale given shop closures over the holiday. I did email customer service to check delivery who were absolutely superb and quick to respond. Massive thank you for 4 great watches and a quality service.

Customer service is terrible. I've emailed several times about a fault with one of their items and have been completely ignored. Try calling them and you just get sent to answer phone, noone calls back, it really is a stressful experience trying to speak to anyone. I really wish I'd never bought a product from them, I feel really let down by Maughan Jones.

No update on delivery still waiting to hear it only heard that ups going to be receiving it but heard nothing yet

The watch that came was well packaged. Had plastic stickers over the glass and stainless steel. It was all branded and came with an extra strap that matched the dial colour, a strap removal tool and separate link removal tool and cleaning cloth.

The watch itself is sturdy but a little heavy so definitely for a male thicker wrist.

All in all though, I was surprised at the quality I received which I also got with discounts. You simply cannot complain when you receive a stainless steel automatic watch, accessories, extra strap in a presentation box for less than £90!!!!

A different watch to add to a humble collection.

I placed an order with Maughan Jones and completed the payment, but I never received an order confirmation or any update. I checked my inbox and spam folder multiple times, but there was nothing.

I contacted customer support by email to ask about my order, however I did not receive any response. After waiting, I had to send a follow-up email, which is very frustrating as a customer—especially when payment has already been taken.

The lack of communication and delayed response has caused unnecessary stress and concern. A simple confirmation or update would have made a big difference.

I hope Maughan Jones improves their customer care and communication, as this experience has been disappointing.

Quality product

Just received my Luminex (orange strap) within 24 hours of ordering via UPS courier !! This is a fantastic watch and I love it. Great quality and style, beautiful box and well packaged. I popped it into Timpsons who kindly changed the strap from metal to the orange rubber strap as I was passing and they commented on what a nice watch. I'm sure I could have changed the strap but I didn't want to mess about with it. Extremely happy customer with my Christmas present to myself !! Let's hope it keeps great time and lasts a while. Many thanks, an actual brilliant buying experience which is hard to come by these days.

Very good communication watch looks good but unfortunately the timekeeping is very poor it gains 20 minutes in about 12 hours

The quality of this watch brand for the price is in comprehensible. It looks and feels like a any high end watch - and it has a sound automotic movement.

Superb affordable quality, I Purchased a Luminex Slate Grey, It’s a beautiful yet simple design proportioned and weighted nicely a lovely watch to wear and its a great time keeper, I was so impressed I purchased another Luminex orange & Black 2 weeks later along with a lovely Luna Pearl Steel for my wife, delivery was quick with regular tracking updates the packaging faultless presented in a good quality presentation box, my only criticism was the plastic link remover provided could be improved to provide a quality metal version reflecting the watch’s superb quality 🤷🏻‍♂️

Its a very nice watch. I like it.

I bought the Spectra Pro, stainless steel case with white rubber strap. Delivery was speedy and the packaging was excellent. The watch was very well protected. It came in a big padded box which included a strap adjustment tool and a cleaning cloth.

The watch itself is fantastic. It look really high-end and so far feels it too. It's comfortable to wear and aesthetically pleasing. I collect watches and this is a great addition.

I ordered a watch more than two weeks ago and it was not shipped properly. The watch is stuck at customs and I have not received a response from the sender despite contacting them. Anyone who sends a watch should also take care of the bureaucracy involved with customs. At least, the sender could send a friendly email saying, ‘Hey, don't worry, your order will arrive soon.’

Delivery super fast, I'm awaiting a reply to assistance i sent Saturday to the support email . Did receive a reply and a replacement strap to assist me very helpful and quality of watch is amazing.
