Extremely happy with the watch purchases!!
My partner and I bought Spectra Pro two watches and Apex. Love all three of the Watches, we have had so many compliments about them and they are just absolutely gorgeous. The mechanism the look the functionality, the absolute luxury of the Watches.
Additionally, the customer service has been exceptional. Not only that they shipped the watches fast and you get them on time. I’ve asked them to send extra links for the watch bracelet and I received them the day after contacting customer service. They go above and beyond I could not recommend them more..
The watches look so luxurious and we have been asked on multiple occasions what luxury watch make is this?

Unfortunately you missed off part of your address when placing the order and so UPS could not locate your address and it wasn't flagged up with us. There were some delays due to Black Friday which we advised you about via email, and unfortunately was beyond our control. You still received your watch within a week despite the courier issues and lack of address information. It is disappointing that you have given us 1 star despite the constant communication. I hope you are happy with your watch despite this
Luminex Black/Orange…
Just received my Luminex Black/Orange and quite frankly I can’t believe the presentation and superb quality at the price point! I’ve been an avid watch collector for many years and have a fair few original Omega’s, Tag Heuer’s, Oris etc! But I’ve always fancied a Patek Phillipe Nautilus but could never afford one! I now don’t care because this watch is more than an adequate match for one. 100% recommended, I will certainly be buying again!!!
***Sadly a bit of an update, after 3 weeks of usage the watch is not automatic! As usual with any automatic watch you test it for reliability. Despite pre winding the watch around 30 times and wearing it 24 hours per day it still ceases working after around 72 hours - which tells me that the automatic movement doesn’t function correctly. Customer service hasn’t been very helpful either, other than an email telling me how to operate a watch 🤷♂️ From an aesthetic point of view the packaging is top notch and the watch looks good and if wound daily then it’s fine but that defeats the purpose of an automatic watch! At the price point then it’s not worth getting “bent out of shape” over the purchase. Though the prospect of further purchases have now gone.

Fine service and refund experience
I didn't like there watch personally as seemed a bit big for my wrist.
Returned it without issues. But had to pay for the return.
Took a message to get refund in time.
