Not a good online experience....goods arrived today a week after ordering. but no contact at all email or phone to confirm order, despatch or delivery. got home today 3pm and voicemail lorry driver looking for house!!!! no advanced notice warning of delivery...shocking service, note £37 charge for delivery.
Why were we not contacted to arrange delivery or confirm despatch track delivery.....

After ordering 3 items from the same range was delighted with prompt email to record dispatch (although nothing had been). Then patiently waited 14 days before emailing them. No response - so called and spoke to rudest customer services anywhere, told they take about 2 days to answer email. Oddly the box arrived next day and contained the shelf (lovely) and a tacky towel rail I hadn't ordered. Sent email to returns department to sort out and cancel - they responded straight away and have refunded my money for the wrong and undelivered items. However I had to repackage and send the towel rail back!
If you enjoy not being kept informed where your expensive goods are and speaking to horrid customer services and packing and posting (I don't) these are the people for you. Refund department efficient - highly recommended if you have the time to have a torrid experience before using them.

Just took delivery of my third purchase from these guys. On time and good quality as always.

Recieved shower valve with numerous parts missing. Fobbed off by Customer Service staff and told to put in writting. I asked for complete new unit to be sent out and offered to return the original shower valve order 759771. An extremely rude salesman named [name] inferred because the shower was discounted I should expect this ! Refused my request to speak with a more Senior person and acted as if he owned the Company. After threatening to return the item and claim a full refund I was informed by [name] the salesman I would have to pay for delivery charges and administration fees just seconds before he slammed the telephone down.

I'd be surprised if you couldn't find virtually everything at MBD at extremely competitive prices. Only two downsides. First the company will not accept credit card payments online or over the phone and requires payment by BACS. This means a customer cannot benefit from the usual consumer protection under credit card laws and has to accept the financial risk . I solved this by having a credit check carried out on MBD before purchasing.. There were no credit problems found with MBD.. The other relates to delivery. Delivery costs are low but customer service from the Carrier was non-existent. Delivery was arranged between 07:30 am and 6 pm on the appointed day. It was not possible to pay for improved delivery service e.g. a delivery slot - or even for an am/pm delivery. Nor would the Carrier agree to phone on the day with an ETA. to ensure someone would be at the delivery address to sign for the goods. As it happened, our builders were on site from 8am -4pm and they were able to take delivery. Otherwise the entire order (£1000 +) would have had to have been sent back. Much better service - conscious Carriers do exist -- which are also extremely competitive on price. MBD should offer enhanced Carrier services that some people need and are willing to pay for. 5* if they could only improve their billing and delivery services.

Our initial inquiry regarding a Serene wash basin was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communicationn was excellent. Delivery was quick and exactly as arranged.
We are delighted with the basin and would have no hesitation in buying from this company again

Excellent communication prior to delivery, excellent service from the Courier Company Panic transport. Helpful driver assisting in unpacking items for inspection and taking away the packing crate. would certainly deal with MBD again.
Oh yes the products look good , cant wait to see installed, (and very competitive prices).

have dealt with this company several times now over the past ten years or so, cannot fault their prices or their customer service, delivery was within two days to wales, could not ask for better service than that!

I bought a mayfair wave mono wash basin mixer tap from this company. The price was very reasonable compared to other sellers. I was regularly updated via email regarding the status of my purchase. I recieved the tap within 2 days of placing the order. The tap was securely packaged and worked fine after installation. Overall very satisfied with my purchase, will use this company again in the future.

Found mod bathrooms when searching for kitchen taps. Placed an ordered and within two days received my taps and they are gorgeous just what I ordered thanks.

I was so happy to find Mbd Bathrooms on-line - I got the exact shower enclosure I wanted for almost half the price of ones I'd seen in local suppliers. They contacted me before delivery & were really helpful when I wanted to re-arrange the delivery date. Excellent!

Good product and good price. It took 11 working days to arrive. Delivery agent was good and ensured I checked the product thoroughly before signing. MDB phoned me to arrange a suitable delivery date prior to dispatch. If quicker delivery would have been a 5 star.

I received my goods on time and in great condition. I had no trouble getting in touch with them on the phone when i had questions about the best shower to use in the space i had. I would recommend them.

I have already recommended this company. I ordered a 1200 corner bath which was loads cheaper than any where else for the same quality branded british made bath. Delivery was arranged by telephone and followed up by a surprisingly concise email about recieving the bath and how it would be delivered. It arrived in less than 7 days from my order. It came crated up on a large lorry, and the driver inspected it with me. My experience of this company is excellent.

I ordered a bath from this company back in Feb. It arrived within 4 working days, the packaging was excellent and was paked in the same style as shown on their website.

Over a week later when it came to fitting it, I realised that we had ordered the wrong size! it was too big!! I contacted them straight away on the phone and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could swop it for the smaller one with no restocking charges, they swopped it on one of their own vans when they were in the area (later that same week). I only paid another delivery charge.

Reading the review below has prompted me to write this, my own experience and opinion of this company is excellent and have allready recommended them. My plumber also commented on their prices and said he will use them. He said the bath was worth £210, I Paid £156.99 with delivery.

I am about to order my shower from them and will leave another review.
