Extemely rude! Poor service. Faulty goods. Had to go to supplier to get them to deal with my faulty goods. I cannot stress enough DO NOT order products from this site!

Shower door purchase
I read the review and got very concerned as I had already paid them over £800.00 !! and my goods had not yet arrived.
But my goods arrived on time and were a lot cheaper then my local dealer (saved me over £250). I spoke to them on the phone a few times as I had some questions before I ordered and they seemed to understand the product.
Overall very happy and will use again.

Appauling Customer Service & Delivery
I have still not received my goods two weeks after ordering and no contact made with regards to delays. Still not helpful when I called - said would call me back and didn't. I chased three more times in three days and item still in their warehouse. Not interested at all in what I have to say or trying to help. Have just cancelled order and requested full refund as found another company only too pleased for my order. I thought we were having a credit crunch and every penny counts - well obviously not the case with this company! Stay away, more hassle than its worth!!
