Avoid this company at all costs.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a vehicle company. From start to finish, the service was completely unacceptable.
The company was supposed to collect my daughter's car and failed to do so. Instead of taking responsibility, they produced excuse after excuse with no meaningful action and no attempt to resolve the situation. We were left wasting our time waiting for something that never happened.
Their communication was poor throughout. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was told that "Mick" was the person responsible. When I asked for his surname, the employee simply said she didn't know it. The fact that staff cannot even provide basic information about management says a lot about how this business is run.
The entire process was chaotic, disorganised, and handled with a level of incompetence that I found astonishing. Promises were not kept, accountability was non-existent, and customer service was effectively worthless.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, this company has shown itself to be unreliable, unprofessional, and completely undeserving of customer trust.
Only gave it 1 star because trust pilot won’t let you give zero or minus.

Brought a car in December, told it had a 6month warrenty plus a 100 point AA inspection. Car used a few times before engine warning light kept coming on, took it to local garage and the car needed repairs costing £900! Contacted warrenty company and the warranty wasn’t paid for so was void! Contacted MB motors and they after a few calls said they would pay for it to be repaired and sort out a new warrenty for me but it’s now may and nothing! Quick to take money, slow to respond to emails and calls and to pay out! They lie, said they had transferred the money but never came!
Still nothing! Again as with other customers will be contacting trading standards, considering other reviews say good customer service, must say not seen that….
