Purely way McDonald's have the most rude and miserable staff. Wouldnt make you want to return to this restaurant. Maybe they shouldn't work with the public, there meant to be polite or at least look happy to serve you

i love maccies apart from that one time my marte rory got cheffed by the local yutes right outside. he was offered a compensation of one free hamburger from maccies.

Fast food !! I’ve had quicker 3 course sit down meals. To worried about the delivery orders. Will be giving it a miss from now on.

Great value for money, always hungry an hour later but taste good and quick and clean.

The staff was quite polite and food was good as expected. The price was okay too. I enjoyed my meal with my friends. It was a good time.

One star is too much for Weymouth’s branch. Visit 29 August. Disgusting. Very slow service with long wait times, messy tables, and terrible food. So tired after such along wait for food that we were starving so didn’t complain just ate. It was cold and very dry! All in all a big mistake to visit. Never again!

I went to McDonald’s I went in the driver thru orderd a Big Mac large milkshake and fries I then received a cheese burger a small milkshake and a fruit bag instead of fries I asked for my money back and they refussed

I personally think the reviews on here are too harsh. I visit the 2 McDonalds near me (crosshands & carmarthen) and I have no complaints. The staff are always polite, the food is what I'd expect for the price, these two franchises are always clean or being cleaned if not, everytime I go in the staff are running around like blue a*** flies. No complaints from me.

It's not what it used to be. Shame that the franchise has gone down hill in quality. They focus on the wrong thing they should focus on the food that's what customers want.

Paper straws. Disgrace. And in bexhill on sea the staff took our tray and said she would return it. But nope she didn’t. Why take it.

On my last visit, they prepared me a row humburger. Poooooop!

Disgrace of a place! Employees are just rude,lazy,unreliable, selfish and very rarely get things right. Likewise. I ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap with no mayo and had to wait 20 MINUTES FOR THE WRONG ORDER!!!!! Instead I got A GARLIC WRAP COVERED IN NOTHING BUT MAYO! Today I ordered the same thing and got MAYO! I honestly thought it would be less work to miss out the mayo but no. It goes without a doubt to show that McDonald’s is a lazy, unreliable and horrendous restaurant! To be fair most of the time the service is pretty awful in-fact so it didn’t surprise me in the least! I wouldn’t recommend going for a meal there unless your looking for a plate of frustration and disappointment! It’s no laughing matter, seriously it’s just unbelievable. McDonald’s, blooming well get your act together and employ some workers that are actually going to come in use because at the minute, most of them are about as much use a chocolate teapot! So until some useful staff are employed you have lost my custom for good! SHAMBLES OF A PLACE AND I WON’T BE BACK ANYTIME SOON! Catastrophe of a restaurant!!

Paid with £5 coin got £4 back but with old £1 coin and complained and they said if they check cameras and it’s true they can’t give me money back as I accepted it. I’m only 15 so I’m not exactly checking my change all the time. Meadowbank McDonald’s is a joke just cause I’m a kid totally stereotypical would be completely different with an adult. Joke!!!

McDonald's is getting worse and worse every year. It is a pity, because as a child it was my favorite fast food. 2 stars as a tribute to my childhood
