Never had issues with food but the music in my local restaurant (Chesterfield) was way to loud. I’m autistic so this was even worse for me. Staff were lovely but I just ate my food and left to go somewhere quieter

Food stone cold - delivered by Ubereats but due to ruddy contract between two companies neither one would help or take responsibility or refund my money or replace my food, totally inedible. Really feel as a global company something should be done about this as its not good enough.

Burger was somehow soggy AND burnt.

Everything else was good tho

went through the drive through in Basingstoke Brighton hill branch, ordered 3 burger meals, got to window and they gave me 2 burger meals and 3 drinks, when i told the young lad the order was wrong he told me i had to go around again instead of getting order correct in the first place. Had to park up and go in....WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN

We were travelling to Lincoln from Stoke on a busy Saturday and decided to stop at Clifton as a half-way break at lunchtime. On entering I immediately pick up on people and voices and was drawn to Christine from the start of our visit (call it eavesdropping!) She was chatting with staff cleaning trays by the entrance and was nothing but animated and cheery, then I watched her going round the tables talking to a couple of toddlers with balloons (was she making balloon animals too? Interacting with the kids more so than their parents) and then particularly took her time with an older Dad and his Downs Syndrome son next to us. We were just finishing off and about to clean up after ourselves and she spotted us too and gave us the full Christine charm, taking our trays away for us, so we made sure we thanked her as we left and she still turned on her cheery demeanor to say good-bye, despite being engrossed in someone else.
I just wanted her management to know that they need to look after staff like Christine and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

It’s not amazeing but you get what you pay for it’s really good for breakfasts

McDonald’s is amazing! Just sometimes the stuff are undertrained...

I am disgusted by the staff as I ordered the food on UberEATS and the food was cold and items were missing so I rang McDonald’s and asked for the manager long story short the managers attitude was unacceptable we explained that they were missing a happy meal and it was for an autistic 7 year old and the manager called him spoilt and to go and sort him out.

This is my favourite food place but theres a lot wrong with it .
1. Stopped selling caramel sundaes
2. One of the last caramel sundaes I got only had a tiny bit of caramel on the top
3. They get my milkshakes wrong sometimes
4. They done Tesco up just before my birthday so I couldn't go on my birthday and I really wanted to go
5. They took for ages to do it up but it's just worst less comfy chairs.
6. I got a not that much milkshake sometimes
7. I ordered chicken nuggets and I got weird things that look like them except the colours off and they taste awful
PLEASE BRING BACK CARAMEL SUNDAES THEY WERE MY FAVOURITE ICE-CREAM OF ALL TIME AND MY FRIENDS TOO I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS!!!! Oh and also I hate those paper straws you should have taken away they useless lids on the mcflurrys ice-cream.

Food is crap and as for customer service that’s on another level, last time I went I found a hair in my chips and that’s well and truly put me off for life

If you care about your health avoid McDonald's at all cost, stop eating unhealthy plastic because it looks and smells good, they just trick you with it and especially the low price.

Treat your body like a temple and eat something better.

Avoid KFC, Subway, Taco Bell etc.

Often order at McDonald's. Its package is very affordable.

Cold fries no ketchup or mayo not impressed please reconsider customer seevice

I don't go in go in the place that often I go thru the drive-thru because it is easy for me but still, the waiting time is so long there are like 11 cars just sitting there in the drive-thru I then you get the food finally and the food stone cold McDonald's has just become a giant mess of a place
