Purchase of a DS Audio cartridge. This is a highly specialist device and requires a well informed dealer to supply. I am pleased to say that advice was both honest and plentiful from someone who clearly knows his products and believes in them. Absolutely no ‘hard sell’ and an invitation to make up one’s own mind as to the performance of the product. Delivered on time with a quality courier. Top marks.

The owner David Brooks is really a very unhelpful individual with quite an appalling manner. Shockingly bad after sales support and really no knowledge of consumer rights. No guaranteed delivery date, and a claim that this is because he is struggling to meet demand. This is one for the small claims court as people like this just should be allowed to do business. I’ve lost £440 right now as no sign of the product and no guaranteed delivery date. AVOID!!

Dreadful customer service. Had to threaten legal action to get a refund. Seller tries to claim items are bespoke when they are not, he is either not fully aware of consumer rights or he is knowingly attempting to commit fraud.

Added to this the majority of the this mains stuff is snake oil - it doesn’t improve the sound at all. Speak to any high end manufacturer technical departments and they all say the same, unless you are buying low end junk the equipment has all the filtering required, why else do companies like Linn sells streamers at 20k+ with standard power cords! DC on power lines is all rubbish, the power amps convert AC to DC anyway!

I was looking for some Critical mass footers or other brands to go underneath my Innuos Statement, e mailed David Brook regarding options and he replied straight away giving recommendations and options, so i ordered the critical mass and immediately dispatched with next day delivery… highly recommended MCRU & Critical mass footers that are now in place and sound amazing already..

Ordered mains conditioner, after 11 days no sign of the item, asked about ETA, reply was basically wait we are busy, chased again and response was do you want a refund, no apology, no you should get it within the next couple of days ,,,,based on MCRU replies, I decided on a refund,, terrible customer service, cannot comment on product as never received!

I was looking for two linear power supplies for my BT smart hub 2 and my WiiM, i messaged David a couple of times and he responded very quickly.
Delivery was fast and i was apprehensive on spending so much on two supplies thinking that improvements would be negligible but i was gobsmacked by the improvements!
A great company to deal with and will use again in the future!

After weeks of researching linear power supplies I ordered a Pinnacle power supply for my Chord DAC on the 29th August. Order was acknowledged the same day and on the 7th September I received an email confirming dispatch. LPS received the next day.

very good products at good prices but absolutely no customer service. i was forced to pay nearly double for an item off a competitor but was happy to do so because they went out of their way to help me. this guy seriously needs to up the customer care side

I have ordered multiple items from MCRU two LPSU from their LDA range. They were assembled quickly and delivered promptly. In addition I ordered some fuses which were Delayed from the Supplier. David and his team kept me updated and once back in stock, upgraded the delivery service. I highly recommend this company and I thank David, Mike and the rest of the team in looking after me.

Maybe the owner should not answer customer emails himself. Some people call him rude, but I believe uninterrested in silly end-user questions is more appropriate here. I do like the LPS I purchased in the past, but maybe I payed too much in retrospect.
Get in a real customer after sales person and everyone would be more happy.

David Brook is not the world's most charming individual .. and that's about as large an understatement as they get ! That's hardly relevant though, surely - if your priority is a high quality linear power supply at a low price. I'm perfectly happy with the merchandise .. and haven't come across anyone that thinks the equipment isn't good quality and good value for money. Anyone out there disagree ?

Having just purchased a Tellurium Q Silver II cable here, it arrived, 0.5m long than the order :) , and i had already established in principle a trade-in of my old Tellurium Q Black II cable. So I posted it off, but as David pointed out we had not agreed a price. Fair enough, but with a quick email exchange I then had a very good trade-in price which had the effect of dropping the Silver II price way down. Very good shopping experience.

I've just bought my second MCRU power supply, the first was for my DAC, this second one is a linear power supply for my Rega TT PSU.

It's really well built and feels like a high quality product. Delivery was quicker than expected.

I immediately hear a difference playing vinyl records, more balanced, more detail, more rounded sound, and the position of instruments in the soundstage is clearer. I don't understand why it works, but it does.

I'm really happy with both purchases. £240 for a little black box with a blue light is money well spent for me.

The seller is dismissive and unhelpful. Wouldn't buy anything again from this company, cannot recommend.

Good communication and understanding... emails responded to quickly and questions answered.

Strongly framed with customs, they wrote in the invoice the amount much more than paid in reality. I had to pay a fee and deal with customs for a long time.
Also not happy with the quality of the product.
Avoid this terrible seller.

The seller is completely uninterested in buyers. I sent three emails, no response. Absolute ignore. The 30-day return offer advertised on the website does not work at all. This is a scam. Even after 14 days, they do not accept the items back, even though it is provided by law.

The chap who I spoke to seemed like he didn't really want to be bothered answering my questions.
Therefore I purchased a Sbooster BOTW MKII Linear Power from another company that works great & is made in Europe. All good!

Just ordered a mains power chord and it has made a real positive difference to the sound of my amplifier, improved wider soundstage etc

So good in fact I bought another for my turntable, they just look and feel top quality, with excellent shielding / quality components and cable, the sound goes to prove it

I have the MCRU mains power chord connected via a DC blocker for extra added benefit

Very good customer services and prompt reply to my questions 10/10
