McTears is a very good company but I…

McTears is a very good company but I think the staff should be more friendly and smile more to members of the public. I have attended many auction at the company over the last 30 years if not more. The staff used to be very friendly and welcoming now it is if they are doing you a favor letting you in to the auction. Sorry to say this but I think it should be said. Over the years I have noticed a marked decline in friendliness, even a smile from the staff as they walk by would make a vast difference.

5 star service

I used McTeers as a house clearance and auction service. I would award them 6 stars if possible. They were east to contact . No hard sell and outlined all costs before any work was done. I was kept in the loop regarding all developments and payment on completion of sales was professional. I would thoroughly recommend ten and use them again in the future
