Great little item
Great little item, worth the cost as I can easily control the humidity and see the current level on the digital display. It has so far been beneficial to my copd for which I need to keep levels between 50% and 60%, the beeps let me know when to refill with water and the filters are easy to get to for inspection. Pleased with my purchase.

Very satisfied and great product, exactly as described. The dehumidifier was delivered without the pack of additional filters, however a phone call to Meaco customer services revealed that they had been sent separately and arrived later the same day. The service call handler had all the order information immediately to hand and was very impressive. Highly recommended.

Excellent unit and impressive customer servuce
Bought a dehumidifier for the utility room to help dry the washing 22 months ago. I was really pleased with the unit - it definitely speeded up the drying process. However the unit stopped working recently. I contacted Meaco with the serial number etc and they sent a replacement unit as I was still under warranty. No fuss at all. Replacement h it arrived the next day. Really impressed with the unit and the level of customer service, thank you!

I am really disappointed with the way…
I am really disappointed with the way they delivered the product.
They give it to me outside the building and I am a Lady, I had to drag it to the elevator then to my appointment.
The product is fine but the delivery experience was awful.

Our dehumidifier developed a fault so we contacted Meaco, as it was still in warranty.
All communications have been dealt with in a very professional manner.

Purchased Feb 2026, had issues from week2, sent back as it just didn’t work as stated , Meaco would not assist so had to go through Company purchased from , only just gone back so all in all took weeks to get sorted - do not recommend at all neither goods nor Customer Service .
