I have been waiting since 28 April for…

I have been waiting since 28 April for your courier to collect this package.

Yesterday morning, on 19 June, after 3 months of waiting, I was informed that there was supposedly an address issue. Before that, I was told there was a case issue, my original case was closed, and a new one was opened. The explanations keep changing while nothing is being resolved.

I have fulfilled all of my obligations on time. I requested the return on time, I followed your instructions, I contacted customer service multiple times, I waited patiently, and I made myself available for collection.

I have repeatedly informed your customer service team that I will not continue waiting indefinitely for your courier. I also requested a QR code so I could take the package to a collection point myself. I went to the shop and was told they could not accept it. At this stage, this is entirely your company’s responsibility.

I’m currently going out of Spain. I will also be leaving the country and travelling outside Europe not returning to Europe. I will not rearrange my plans, continue chasing your company, or take responsibility for resolving a problem that your company has failed to resolve for nearly three months.

I have already informed your customer service agent of this, and I am repeating it again:

I WANT THE REFUND OF MY PACKAGE.

If your courier does not collect the package as scheduled, I do not want the product, I do not want any further excuses, and I do not want additional instructions telling me to find another way to return it. I will not go around countries or continents for your to take responsibility and do your job.

I WANT THE REFUND OF MY PACKAGE.

I have done everything required of me. Your company has repeatedly failed to collect the return despite multiple contacts and assurances.

I expect written confirmation of my refund without further delay plus a compensation for all this stress and waiting!

My order was not delivered and Medimarkt do not care

I ordered a computer mouse on May 22nd. The website said delivery would be on May 24th. Nothing arrived on May 24th. The delivery was handled by Correos, and I have a tracking number that I see is not moving. I went to the physical store and wanted to know what to do. They told me to call technical support, but I don't speak Spanish, so I wrote. I opened a support ticket on May 29th (ticket number 260529-015139). Today is June 19th, and no one has contacted me. My order is still listed on the Correos website and is not moving. However, MediaMarket is asking me about the quality of the service provided and has already marked the purchase as completed. This is the last time I ordered anything from this company.

I purchased a TV through their website

I purchased a TV through their website, trusting the Media Markt brand. What they don’t make clear is that many listings on their site are sold by third-party vendors, and the moment something goes wrong, Media Markt completely washes their hands of it and tells you to deal with the seller directly.

Their response to my formal complaint was essentially: ‘not our problem.’ Yet it is their website, their brand, and they are the ones collecting the money. They take the profit but accept zero responsibility when a seller breaches consumer rights.

After weeks of back-and-forth, no delivery, and nearly €1,000 retained without refund, Media Markt offered no help whatsoever. No intervention, no escalation, no resolution.

I was visiting Barcelona from the U.S. and need a new iPhone. If I could give them zero then I would

If I could give them zero then I would. Their in store service is terrible and their after sales service is non existent. I do not want to list my litany of complaints against Media Markt, suffice it to say that I do not understand how Apple can continue to work with such an awful company.

Mal experiencia

I bought a washing machine, paid extra for delivery and adjusting, what they did was they called on Monday from the gate, so it was a miracle I was at home, no previous announcement. Also they put the machine up quickly but left it unbalanced so when I started to use it, there was 1,5cm inequality. Needless to say, its very damaging to the device and also no guarantee coveres the damages happened due to this. Also contacted the guys immediately after, thinking they just forgot, described the problem in spanish, all they answered was "Hola" and nothing more. Compré una lavadora, pagué un extra por la entrega y el ajuste. El lunes me llamaron desde la puerta, así que fue un milagro que estuviera en casa, sin avisarme con antelación. Además, la instalaron rápidamente, pero la dejaron desnivelada, así que cuando empecé a usarla, tenía una diferencia de 1,5 cm. Como es lógico, esto daña mucho el aparato y, además, la garantía no cubre los daños ocasionados. Me puse en contacto con ellos inmediatamente después, pensando que se les había olvidado, les expliqué el problema en español, pero solo me respondieron con un "Hola" y nada más.

Manipulative and avoiding responsibility

Very disappointed with the company's overall service and disrespect for the customers!
When purchasing a TV I have asked the staff member to open the box and check if everything is ok, I was told not to worry and if it is not working just to bring it back. When I brought it home, the screen was broken and when I tried to replace it in the store the next day, I was told it is my own fault and there is no way that the company is responsible for the breakage?!!!
Staff at the customer service are instructed to wear you down with endless procedures, complicated paperwork and avoiding any responsibility.
In case of a claim, you are redirected to insurance company Square Trade (owned by Media Markt) and regardless of your valid active policy covering any accidental damage they just reject your claim and block you from any further actions, because you can't use your contact details twice or submit a claim?!!!
